Ordered online for a quick pick up. My food wasn’t ready yet, but only waited a few minutes. The cinnamon sugar breadsticks were hot and fresh! The icing in those cups need to go…. not good at all. The service was very pleasant. The girls working the counter were really nice. I did see the pizza guy making pizza without gloves. Touching bucket lids and then right into the pizza toppings. Is this normal???
The store could use some updates. You can decide whether or not to order from here. I feel I was pretty safe with my bread, but those hands in the food without gloves? Yeah, I won’t order any pizza from there.

Ordered online. Never have a problem with this location until today! All the food was cold! Ordered three pizzas and only received two. Ordered medium pizza and they look like small pizzas. Ordered breadsticks and didn’t receive those. Wings were cold and missing the flavor I had chosen.

Pizza was cold and undercooked, driver came without hot bag in a cold day. ( Make sure drivers have hit bags like dominoes). Called but no one picks the phone. I might be wrong but I think they know what to expect after reading the reviews. . I hope someone resolves this. .. still waiting….. Been 3 hrs…slept hungry.

Great customer service! The team was friendly and quick, which made the whole experience smooth. I also love the nostalgia that the older Pizza Hut signage brings — it gives the place such a classic, comforting vibe.

I ordered four pizzas: one cheese and three pepperoni. All of them were very tasty, fresh, and extra cheesy. Everything came out just right. Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to!

Used to order Pizza Hut delivery about weekly but moved to this house a little over decade ago and was too far from any location for delivery. Would occasionally get pickup from a location a few miles away but when logging on tonight to order, it’s apparently closed so I had to drive even further – about 15 minutes each way with no traffic. Paid $2 extra to upgrade the deal from breadsticks to cheesesticks and $3 to upgrade from cinnamon sticks to the min-Cinnabon rolls. Stupid me, I just assumed the order was correct so I didn’t know they had not provided the upgraded items until I got home. The receipt showed I had paid for them, however. Called the store and got hung up on twice before someone picked up the third time and would not provide a refund; I can only get a ‘credit’ tied to my phone number and I cannot get any kind of receipt that that was done. I think I’m done with Pizza Hut for good.

Some workers upset because I asked to put on some gloves everything that I have received was nasty, no flavor to it or anything. Cost me $30 bucks, which I’m quite sure they cheated me out of something because and I gave them a $5 tip, 2 medium Pizza, 6 wings, a cheese bread cost me over $30.He acts like they didn’t No, anything, but it’s all right.I won’t go or recommend nobody to go there.You guys start looking at these reviews only thing that might taste halfway.Decent, it’s the garlic chicken.The bread is nothing.The Pizza is nothing.I should have went to Domino’s or.Little caesar with saved me a bunch of money. Be careful where you spend your money cause I just lost out. Don’t go over here on Whitebear & Laputure Pizza Hut. They didn’t even mention even deals that they might have. So be happy with that.Thirty bucks won’t happen again with me

When I entered the place had a weird odor. When I told her the name for my pickup order she was confused as if I didn’t place an order and asked me to repeat my name again. I honestly don’t think my name is that hard. While she was looking she asked me to repeat my name a third time. Then finally gave me my pizza after confirming with her coworker. Also when picking up I’ve never had to sign the receipt before… but it’s fine. My personal pan was not cut into pieces either nor does it look appealing. Next time I will just wait until I get off work and go to the location by my house.

I have never really had a problem with this pizza hut but today was just a horrible experience. I added a picture of our order here and the only thing wrong was the hand tossed pizza. It was supposed to be half cheese half pepperoni but it was fully pepperoni. I thought I could just call and say it was wrong and ask for a refund or remake but when I called the manager already had an attitude after I politely told her what happened. She then put me on hold transferring me to a different line. I explained it again to this person and she put me on hold so she could talk to the store. After a bit she comes back and says I ordered that pizza as a full pepperoni, I explain that I didn’t and it shows that on the receipt. She says on their print out it says just pepperoni so I’m confused and say that they are different then. It might have been something with their website but ultimately it’s not what I ordered. I thought it’d be a simple complaint but both the people I talked to did not at all care what I had to say. They said they would send the correct pizza as a remake. That is all they said on the phone. After I hang up, I receive a text for the confirmation but it says I will have to pay the driver $10 plus tip. They did not make this clear that I would have to pay for a remake. I would not have gotten a remake if I knew it was cost more. When they came back, they asked for the $10 and because it was doordash we gave it to the driver as well as a tip. This was very upsetting when it could have very simply been refunded or they could’ve just taken accountability. I don’t usually write reviews but I hope these staff do better in the future or fix their websites.

I have ordered from here for years they’ve been know to forget your side sauces which isn’t usually a big deal but then they will just not make your order and do nothing about it. got over that just so that I could put don’t knock it’s a duplex on my order and their delivery driver bangs on the other persons door. he then proceeds to ask if there were any instructions on the order. they don’t pick if you have issue either.
