I don’t know if it’s just because it’s Tuesday or everyone order large amount for their families but my order was perfect fine , I got everything I ordered in a good timely matter didn’t wait “no hour or two” the pizzas were cooked fresh not chewy or whatever I haven’t ordered them in couple years I’ll order from them again 🙂

The manager, Jesse at the pizza hut invergrove heights was so friendly and helpful in dealing with one of my orders that was delivered that had missing wings. He got right into helping me over the phone and they have one of the best customer service here. I highy recommend this pizza hut to everyone i know.

Usually this location is really good, but the last 3 orders I’ve gotten from here have be horrible or completely wrong. Even when I called to have a replacement order delivered it still showed up wrong so I was issued a credit. When calling to redeem that credit I was hung up on by the store 3x’s! This place has really been a disappointment as this is my family’s favorite place to get pizza! I guess we’ll be finding another place to spend at!

Must be no care to give. Attached are photos of a “Large” pizza which apparently needed to have 3 inches of it in crust. Since when is this an acceptable pizza by anyone’s standards?
This is basically a large size crust with a small size pizza on it.
This was our first time trying this location, and we will not likely be coming back. This was a $20 pizza that was primarily crust.

We placed an order for a large pizza and some cinnamon rolls for 11:15, and they got them ready!
The staff is so nice, the gentleman working the front (tall brown hair) was so kind & patient with my kiddo.
This is also such a clean and organized location! And they are offering curbside pick up as well, with pull up spots right up front!

Delivery was reasonable for the time of day which was 5:30pm Thursday.
Asked for extra sauce and didn’t get it. Otherwise the pizza was wonderful.
Over cooked cheese sticks (which others have said as well) with very little cheese. Not cut either.
The Cinnabon were doughy and undercooked.
Everything was hot
Used to love Pizza Hut. Had a few bad experiences with different Huts.
Keep hoping I find one that has the same flavors and care that it used to have.
This was my first experience with this one.
Not horrible, but not the best I’ve had.

They have door dash deliver, two times in a row it was late and cold, not even in a warmer bag or anything and it 10degrees outside. We will Never order from this Pizza Hut again…

I rarely review chain establishments, however this one has just gotten bad enough that we’re done after tonight.
The last 3 times we’ve ordered here, our order has been wrong or burned. First time we just let it go and ate it anyway. Second time we called and they offered to refund the portion that was completely not what we ordered, but never got that refund. Now this most recent time we experienced horrendous service and then recieced burned, unseasoned breadsticks. One was mostly edible but the rest were basically dehydrated and unseasoned. This was enough to call it.

Order pizza on the app LIGHT SAUCE or EZ ON SOUCE. Got home and got this disgusting mess. Couldn’t even pick it up without the pizza breaking in half due sauce making it so heavy.

The pizza was great but these cheese sticks..? They look disgusting and tasted weird!! Actually so sad they made these and we’re like “yea! I will give this to the customer” also I asked for extra sauce and they gave me like one container full and the “extra” is barely filled. (Edit)Never mind I was just really hungry ! It was all bad, the pizza was weird. You get one star bc of the cool box !
