We ordered delivery in the evening. It quoted us 110 minutes. We received COLD soda and HOT pizza in 80 minutes! Pizza was made correctly with all toppings on every slice and was certainly delicious! I was greeted with a smile when the driver arrived. All around great experience! We will order again.

I placed an order at 8:15 pm for two melts, that’s it. The lady didn’t even ask for my address. I said do you need myaddress? She said no, we have it. I said well I moved, and gave her the new address. I even told her I have a purple light. She said she’d make a note for the driver. An hour later, after I’ve already called and asked where my food is, and they said they didn’t know, someone at my OLD address called and said they brought the food there. I tried for an HOUR to get a hold of somebody and kept getting hung up on or they wouldn’t answer. Finally I got a hold of the manager and told him what happened. He said they’d bring me my food free of charge. So 2 hours later, my food comes. The driver tried to make me pay I said call your manager, but he drove away. So I call the manager and now he tells me no you have to pay I ask for his general managers number and he refused to give me it. He yelled at me Over 2 melts! Next time just order Toppers ☺️

Very rude staff. Try to explain to them that there was a mistake made in ordering. Asked if they could call the beaver dam pizza hut and they said no. They canceled my order and hung up the phone on me. Extremely unprofessional. I will never recommend this place to anyone else

It’s the first time in years I have ordered from pizza hut. I remember why. I got the thin and crispy crust, and it arrived barely warm and soggy. It was so soggy that the crust had no integrity to hold up when picked up. I also asked for no contact delivery, which was not honored. 0 stars.

It’s the only store open somewhat late. It’s not bad or anything, but close early or run out of things towards the end of the night. Only other thing is that the dough isn’t cooked through once in a while.

Fake a fryer being broke, but it will work tomorrow☺️. “Cancelled” my order, but didn’t seeing since It said my food was being prepared. Waited an hour for no reason when I could have been making my food if I was contacted . Pathetic night crew.

Honestly I don’t know if I’m more upset that my order took almost 2 hours to get delivered, or the fact that my food was barely warm, or the fact that when I called after an hour I was blatantly lied to on the phone about “ my order just came out of the oven and should be there soon!” If you’re going to lie like that at least throw the pizza back in for a few minutes to make it seem like it just came out of the oven.
