The building was completely empty the entire time we ate should’ve been our first sign it wasn’t a great option. Absolutely terrible. The pizza was all 1/3 bread and very greasy also tasted awful. With the bread sticks we were given the smallest amount of marinara possible. Definitely will not be back.

This is probably the last time I’ll order from this location. The food, whether it’s ordered for carryout or delivery, is always lukewarm. Speaking of delivery, they always manage to forget something in the order. There are plenty of other pizza joints in town that I can recommend you order from.

I had food delivered, and I ordered two different pizzas. However, I only received one of the pizzas and a box of breadsticks that I hadn’t ordered. I called back to inform the store about the mistake and was willing to accept a coupon for the error. However, the manager who answered was extremely rude and simply stated that they would send another pizza out and hung up without giving me a chance to discuss my options or even consider a full refund. This experience was very unprofessional, and I will no longer be ordering from this Pizza Hut.

Pretty sad, ordered the holiday box and asked for one veggie lover one 2 topping. Got the 2 topping and a pepperoni, I don’t like pepperoni. I also ordered an extra sauce didn’t get it…very sad

I ordered a dinner box with a pepperoni pizza and supreme pizza with black olives. I received a pepperoni pizza and a meat lovers pizza no problem. I called to get it all straightened out and was put on hold for 20 minutes was told that I was lying basically that she “knew she boxed it up correctly and it was a supreme Pizza with black olives on it .” Here’s a picture of what I got The kids ate most of the pepperoni pizza, All I wanted was for them to either remake the pizza or make it right you know and instead was told after 20 minutes that after talking to two managers that the manager wasn’t there and that they’ll give me a call back Horrible customer service absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place ever pizza barely cooked

My wife wanted a taco pizza from Pizza Hut around 6:30 Sunday evening. After trying to call and order in and no one answering, she ordered one on the app. The app said it would be ready in 15 mins. Since we only live 4 blocks from there I left the house in 10 mins. After getting there and paying for it I had to wait another 13 mins. Thinking I had a nice hot pizza went home. We were really disappointed it was only warm and the crust wasn’t the garlic butter crust that she ordered on the app and it was dry and tough.

None of the cooks were wearing gloves while making the food or cutting the food. My thin crust pizza wasn’t cut, and neither were the cinnasticks. I waited the 15 minutes they said it would be ready by before leaving to go pick it up, and had to wait an additional 10 minutes for it to be ready after I arrived. The thin crust was over cooked. The pan pizza was good at least, but overall, I was not impressed.

Ordered a pizza at 5:20 didn’t get it until around 8:00pm. Had to call the store twice and talked to Heather. She was pretty helpful at first and told me that the pizza was on its way out and she apologized for the wait due to the weather. 40 minutes later, we called back wondering when the pizza will be arriving. She became aggravated & said “it’s leaving now” with a rude tone & then hung up the phone. Disappointed in the professionalism & service.
