For the most part they have you your order ready in a timely manner, but last week I put in an order for lunch, when I went to pick it up, the manager told me my online order wasn’t going to be ready for another 30 min. 1. They are supposed to be open at 11, (I had put the order thru at around 11:20) 2. I understand unexpected things happen however, I never received a call explaining they were experiencing problems with the ovens, one would think out of courtesy. It wouldn’t have matter any other time but I had wanted this order by lunch since my hubby and I were having lunch at his break time. 3. They ended up giving me credit which is appreciated it.

This pizza hut is a hit or a miss. Some days it has excellent pizza (our absolute favorite) but sometimes it has junk. I wouldn’t suggest ever preordering pizza for a late time because it seems like they make it early and have it sit for hours. This happened twice where our pizza was hard as rock. If you have it made and you pick it up 15 minutes later, it tastes great! This is the good stuff.

Were the only people in the restaurant. Waited 1 hour and 17 minutes before getting our order taken. When they finally did come to our table to take our order, I had just got done placing our order online. Just needed drinks. When food came out, the pizza got dropped by server. One of the pizza’s was missing some of the toppings and they forgot the pizza sauce, even though the order requested “extra sauce.” They forgot to make one pizza, 1 cheese stick, the cinnamon rolls, and one of the cinnamon sticks….. however, they did take one pizza off the bill.

Whoever the waitress is seems to be hard of hearing, and lacks every bit of memory a normal person would seem to have. The cook seems to be doing everything on his own while the waitress absolutely loves taking her sweet time with all but two tables. I have definitely seen better out of this place and expect this waitress won’t be here long. Beyond the service, the marinara was cold, I specifically asked for a half pepperoni half supreme with no pepperoni on the supreme, which was also failed to be met. I don’t see myself returning to this branch. Shoutout to the cook though. That man can cook a pizza.

Got there at lunch, and they were slammed with multiple large groups all doing the buffet. Staff was polite, and moved about the guests as best they could. I ordered off the menu and my order arrived at the table within 20 minutes, which was very good considering how many pizzas the buffet was demanding. Everything was hot and tasty.
