this location has messed up my order a few times, the first time I was bringing it to my boyfriend for his work lunch, and I waited patiently for them to make me a new pizza but of course by the time they made my pizza it was well past my boyfriend’s break. today they delivered me a thin crust pizza when I ordered hand tossed. my kids were hungry so I just let them eat it instead of driving it to the store and asking for what I ordered. also have experienced extremely rude/crabby or inappropriate delivery drivers almost every time i’ve ordered delivery. I’ve learned not to tip ahead of time online anymore. From now on I will only use the location in Weston.

I usually love pizza hut…. Why do I have to pay for pepper and Parm when that should be INCLUDED with the pizza? The lady taking my order said she only works here for a paycheck and doesn’t know why yall charge 1.50 for packets of pepper and parm.. I guess I’ll go buy my own. The lady started throwing around equipment and yelling at her employees in front of me and one other customer. Very unprofessional and awkward.

Last 2 visits and ordered online and order never there even when I showed proof. Rude customer service and an employee with no gloves making pizzas wiped his nose then his dirty shorts. Disgusted n probably never coming back!

Very disappointed. Delivery was promised within 40 minutes. I waited over an hour n a half. Delivery guy was rude with an attitude. He drove two times around the block without delivery my order. He finally called and said I got to move my car because it was blocking his way? Seriously? My driveway was not even block. Between the sidewalk and my car, I would say it should fit another car in it. What kind of service is this. Only have delivery about four times and this is by far the worst experience I received n will remember. Not sure if I want to order from them again

Don’t bother. Ordered pizza and cheese breadsticks. When we picked up the order, they said they were out so they made regular breadsticks instead and threw them in some greasy bag. If I wanted regular breadsticks, I would have ordered them. I didn’t order breadsticks because I didn’t want them. They should have notified me that they were out and either refunded me or asked if there is something else I would like. Now I have paid for food I don’t want. Total waste. Terrible service.
