Pizza and cheese garlic bread was really tasty and fresh! We didn’t wait long at all for our order even though there was a lot of activity for pick ups and delivery. Haven’t been to a dine-in Pizza Hit in a long time and definitely will come back again soon. The dining area is comfortable and nostalgic.

Dining room is open! Now this is how you supposed to eat a pizza at Pizza Hut! Manager said they’re going to open up the buffet in a couple months for summer, yay! Excellent everything across the board. We’ll be back plenty! Clean plate club today, ha!

So I order Pizza Hut this morning at 10:49 am, and was told it would be there in 30-40 minutes. Abo it an hour goes by and no sign of pizza. We call and this sweet girl Cayla helps us and explains the they had no driver and assures us that it will be soon. Forty minutes goes by so we of course call again. Cayla tells us that her boss is in the bathroom and to call back in 10 minutes. Which we do. And then get connected to a man named Dave, he was so rude, and provided no help once so ever. All he could offer was the national helpline and that no one could do anything. We called back as a last resort and Dave was barbaric and then HUNG UP ON US. I will not be ordering pizza from them again. We then ordered pizza from doughboyz who went out of their way to our house that is out of their delivery zone just to get there. Not impressed by Dave.

Workers had their kids in the kitchen and they were screaming and running around the restaurant the entire time we were here (45 mins). Workers continuously had to chase them and literally drug them to the floor, picked them up, and put them back in the kitchen. One kid was yelling in pain. Never going back.

I ordered a pizza online and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I drove to the store, signed the receipt. I was reminded by the person handing me the receipt that “tips are appreciated”. They also asked for a tip online. I’m sorry, I paid you $31 for a pizza & breadsticks ALL you did was give me a receipt.
Then on my order I put down. “Do not cut-will cut at home”. The clerk at the window said to pull around and wait, it will be another 10 minutes. I told her the website said 15 minutes not 25. No real response.
Then they bought my pizza out to the parking lot like 15 minutes later, I looked and the pizza was cut into squares. This has happened before where they didn’t follow the request. I took it back in and told the girl behind the counter. She said wait I’ll get the manager. One very pissed off manager came out and said my name asking if it was me. I said yes. I said I have come here before and asked the pizza not be cute leaving special instructions. I asked do they follow the request the customer makes? Her response was “we’ve been busy”. “do you want another pizza to replace that one?”. I said no being busy shouldn’t be an excuse not to follow what the customer is asking for. Absolutely NO “hey I’m sorry, I’ll talk to the staff”, “I’ll bring it to their attention, I’m really sorry, can I give you like $2.00 off your next pizza or something?”. NOTHING. She turned around and huffed her way back to the kitchen. Guess what Pizza hut?
You lost a customer. Try being a little more understanding what the customer is asking for.

The service here is terrible. I brought my family here to enjoy some pizza and wings. When we got there, employees would just glance at us like we didn’t belong. Not sure if it’s because the kids were biracial, or what but the side eyeing was crazy. The only person I didn’t see doing this was the older gentleman who seemed to be the only one working. Our food was not cooked completely through, with the exception of the wings. There was no real service except for when my order was taken, and payment was received. Save your money and keep driving just a little further to the dells and you’ll find much better accommodations.
