Half the time the app doesnt work correctly. Service is not the greatest. Delivered our order to the wrong house. Had to wait an hour and a half for them to actually get our order to our house. They have our phone number if lost why not call?

I was missing all my drinks when I pick up my order Saturday and call later that day and was told they didn’t know how to do a refund and that the general manager would call my on Sunday. I proceeded to hear nothing and called back on a Monday and spoke with the general manager. And told me corporate policy is they can’t give refunds only a credit. And then proceeded to hang up on me. And that a credit is only valid for 90 days.
