I ordered a Large Pepperoni lovers pizza on line. My kid picked it up for me when he got it home I opened the box and my pizza was mostly crust. I had a large pizza with the toppings of a medium pizza (see picture). Also when I went to order bread sticks they were sold out. This was absolutely ridiculous.

My wife and I ordered two different topping pizzas based on the special promtion. Well, when the door dash driver dropped off the deliver (not their fault), they duplicated my wife’s order. After calling the store, the rep said he was slammed and we can pick up the correct order soon. Yeah, no! It’s really too bad in a small town that we have this kind of customer service!

I ordered carry out today. It was finished in a timely manner but I’m glad I was at the store prior to it being boxed up. I saw one pizza was burned and the crust was rock hard to the touch. I immediately let them know I’d like it remade. My other pizza was a little overcooked as well but we were short on time to wait for both. The woman at the register had a terrible attitude and you can hear the rudeness in her tone despite the words she uses. Very poor customer service skills. She said if there’s any complaints they “are under new management” although that had nothing to do with the pizza being over cooked. The man working was very kind and sent us on our way and just that one interaction made the experience much better. The store seemed dirty. We most likely won’t return to this location but hopefully they put someone kinder on the register and train the staff properly.

If you like to freeze to death, cold food and sticky floors this is the place for you. My food was lukewarm warm and took forever to get. I attempted to dine in while wearing my winter jacket the entire time. The restaurant was FREEZING. Felt warmer outside than inside and it was 30 degrees in Wisconsin today. The restaurant was dirty. I stuck to the floor by the drink machine and my feet stuck to the floor all the way to the freezing gross bathroom. There was ONE employee working in the entire place and lots of people waiting including us. Would not recommend!

Order was ready 45 minutes past expected time. Chaotic atmosphere. They didn’t have square pizza to complete big box order, so supplemented, but forgot breadsticks. Minimal sauce on chicken wings, and definitely not put on evenly. Worst of all is our Hawaiian chicken pizza had ZERO cheese on it. Just totally forgotten. I called 6+ times to remedy the situation, with no answer.

Walking in, atmosphere was dingy and unwelcoming. Staff appeard sloppy and not in uniform. Ground was dirty and the table that was just cleaned for us felt sticky and still had residue on it.
After paying $45 for one large stuffed crust pizza, one personal pan, and 4 warm sodas from the broken cooler, we sat and waited patiently while listening to the painful music of a fans bearing going out in the kitchen. We did not receive a receipt with our order details, and the online app didn’t have any information for the order attached to our phone#.
When recieving the large pan pizza, the extra sauces we paid for had been forgotten. When going to get sauces it appeared that the majority of the staff had walked out of the store for a smoke break and had to yell for someone to hear me further back. I wasn’t able to communicate properly with the staff member that was available due to how loud the fan bearing was.
The pizza itself was extremely sloppy and fell apart. The stuffed crust came apart letting all of the contents of the pizza fall off.
Overall I think this is a wrap on pizza hut for this family. We came for nostalgia but left feeling dissapointed.
It costs just as much to go to pizza ranch.

$3 for less then a handful of fries is absolutely outrageous edit: thought I’d would try it again and just not get the fries. Well here I am, waiting an hour+ for an 8 piece chicken and a cookie. Safe to say I would never order from here again

We ate inside at this location and ordered a Hawaiian pizza as well as the parmesan knots. The food was really good which is to be expected at Pizza Hut if you like that type of pizza. The problem that I have with this location is its bathroom and possibly the staff. While we were sitting and trying to enjoy our meal and time together we had to hear the staff be really loud and complain about an order that was placed for $250. When they called the person who placed the order to try to confirm apparently the number was out of service or a fake number. They went on about it for 15 to 20 minutes and continue to argue with each other and the manager. When I come to an establishment like this I’m just trying to enjoy time with my husband and my food I don’t really care to hear all of this. It was actually so much of a bother that we stopped talking and just listened to the staff because they were so loud we couldn’t really hear ourselves think. There was one lovely staff member that came out to check if we needed a to go box which we did. I also have some complaints about the bathroom and think it could be a lot cleaner than it was. I hope this helps management improve this place a little better.
