We patronize this business once a week. Every time they do deliver or have food ready for pick up it’s ready.
There lack of customer care and professionalism is terrible. When I walk in and never greeted by a hello or we will be right with you while they are in the back kitchen and NO one in front.
To the owner please let your staff know the proper way to work in retail. Patronizing your business is coming to a end real soon and by a lot of the negative reviews I see we are not the only ones 🙂

I ordered delivery after a long day of driving, and 10 min before closing, I got a call from worker saying they didn’t have a delivery driver and if I wanted to cancel order I would be reimbursed. I canceled and didn’t even get my money back. So dissatisfied I turned to drinking to calm my nerves! All I ordered was a pepperoni pan pizza. And I expected it to be delivered to my hotel door. Last minute communication from staff sealed my night . I tried to order from different restaurants, but all was too late to get anything. Overall service was a joke. I will not be calling ever again. Worst pizza experience i have ever had! I went hungry til morning. They made me so mad I didn’t even care about reimbursement. I haven’t been back there since. Bad day all around .I didn’t even try to get money back. It sucked big hairy ones!!

Picked up an online order on 11/15/25 after a long, 12 hour working day. Ordered the pasta deal with breadsticks, got home and the top of the pasta was almost over cooked as the cheese was hard and crispy. I dug into it and the pasta itself was undercooked, and the cheese was runny/watery. Looking back on it, I shouldn’t have ate it but I was hungry. The breadsticks were ok. A few hours later, I’m woken up by my stomach, which was angry. My stomach committed heinous acts of domestic violence on my sphincter for the next 24 hours (insert the SVU “DUN DUN” here). I’ve had decent experiences here in the past, but compared to other locations this place needs some work. If it wasn’t for being ill and glued to my non-heated toilet seat the following day, I wouldn’t leave this review. I’ll wait awhile and try this location again someday, and follow up.

ETA for delivery said 30 minutes and we still had no delivery after 90 minutes. We were unable to speak to anyone over the phone when we called as it just played a automatic message. We drove all the way in to see if we could just pick it up and it was still not ready. Cancelled the order and never going to this Pizza Hut again.

I have picked up pizza from this location several times on my way home. This is absolutely the stingiest pizza hut i have ever visited with regards to toppings. I could see the sauce through the individual shreds of cheese. So, if you like pizza that tastes like bland sauce on crust this place is for you. The staff was friendly and the order was ready on time.

18 lemon pepper wings. Grossly overcooked. Extremely dry. Some were so pepper coated they couldn’t be eaten.
Cinnamon rolls were never allowed to rise before baking. Hence they were tiny, hard and dry. Not the first time I’ve had issues with Mount Horeb Wi Pizza Hut restaurant. I would recommend not ordering from there.
I was shorted 6 wings on a prior order. Was given a “run-around” and never refunded or compensated. I’ve got no problem paying for my food. It would just be nice if I actually received all of it.
There are other places to eat. Unfortunately when you are in a town with no cab/taxi service and in a wheelchair.. delivery is the only option.
Note: it says $30-50 per person food cost. I ordered it to share. I was embarrassed to offer such substandard food. So the nearly $50 (or was it more?) w tip food cost ended up being for only one person.

Until now, the last time I had a great Pizza Hut experience was my grade school “Book It” days. I am really not a fan of the Pizza Hut red sauce and I LOVE pizza. Needing a quick dinner, I decided to give Pizza Hut a go. I ordered the thin and crispy pizza with an Alfred sauce base (instead of red sauce), sausage, green peppers, and bacon. I usually opt for a pan crust, but the crust absolutely did not disappoint! The edges were especially delightful. I grabbed a cold piece leftover piece for breakfast and enjoyed it immensely.
My husband loved his wings and we were both incredibly happy for $20.
