Horrible location. The worst in the world possibly. I just the worst pizza experience of my life. Never had pizza that was not even edible until now. The pan pizza was not pan pizza. It was raw and undercooked and utterly disgusting. The pizza dough was so soft and undercooked the the pizza folded up during delivery. None of the dipping sauces for breadsticks and wings were included. Pizza hut and this horrible owner should be ashamed. You cannot so this to paying customers and get away with it. Shame on you!!! Edit: This pizza must be under new management. They are good now. Last 2 orders were perfect. I would now say give it a try.

We ordered two pizza . One was small and other one was medium sized . I forgot what the first pizza was but it was alright . But the second one is Buffalo chicken pizza which was not good in fact I would say not well made . The pizza was soggy not cheesy it easily fell down when I lifted it and the flavour got my stomach upset for one whole day . Not recommended. The atmosphere was dead too

Ordered two pizzas for pickup, arrived and after waiting for 15 extra minutes they were so backed up and distracted that they didnt notice oven pushing my pizzas until they fell on floor. At that point I just asked for refund and left.

I absolutely love this pizza hut location, and I order from here at least 3 times a month. Everyone is friendly, the food is great, and almost always as I order. The few time my order was messed up they compensated me for the mess ups, and they were never rude about it. I notice that most of the problems listed below are with delivery. They only have 1-2 delivery men from what I’ve seen, but I always order online and pickup my order.

I order two large pizzas delivered by Doordash.
The food arrived on time but the quality was poor. It was as if the pizzas were left out overnight and reheated stale. The $5 delivery charge is added to the bill and I added a good tip (25%) when I ordered online. The person who delivered seemed annoyed at my not handing him another tip. Why ask for a tip if you are going to have your drivers looking for tips when they arrive? If you aren’t passing that money to your drivers, then you need to have a talk with them and maybe evaluate how you do business.
That will be my last order from Pizza Hut. Very disappointed.

I called the store asking when i should expect my order delivered (app said estimated 7:33pm and when i called it was 7:50). i said hi im calling to ask the delivery time for my pizza, the sales associate answered and said “30 minutes.” I was confused and answered “huh?”, to which she responded “first we have to put the food together, then put it on the oven, and then it delivers. It takes 30 minutes.” I responded, “I’m sorry, what?”. Finally, she asked me for my order and said it should be arriving soon.
Three minutes later the driver calls my phone and says as the first thing “I’ve got your order.” I say, “is this pizza hut?”. He responds ” yeah, I’ve got your order.”
The pizza inside the box is sloppy, like somebody threw it around and all the ingredients on one side. I called the store to complain and the associate (Chanita) pretended to be the store manager and said I would have to drive to the store for her to believe me and remake the pizza, claiming she made the order herself and she’s the manager. Said she can’t accept any photos as evidence because her phone doesn’t allow it. I asked for her store email, she went silent.

Every time I try to order from here late night I either don’t get my order or they just don’t answer the phone! If you guys close at 11pm and I’m trying to place an order at 9:50 it’s no reason you guys are not giving service! Guys literally just hung up in my face and ignored my calls for 10 mins straight! I see why this place have a 2.7 rating!

I wish I could choose Zero Stars. I ordered a PAN PIZZA and I have no idea what happened but I definitely did not get a PAN PIZZA. I called the store and asked for a manager. I told her this is not a PAN PIZZA. I have been eating PAN PIZZA since the 80’s. Her response was I wasn’t born then. Food inedible. Service unreal.

This visit wasn’t a good experience. There were only 2 workers and a lobby full of people. I ordered my food online and it said my food would be ready in 15 min. Of course that didn’t happen. But I understood once I went in the store.
The cook/manager she helped someone take their order out, came back in and went to cooking…didn’t wash her hands.
The lady on the cut table, once she cut the pizza if it slid over to far she touched the food with her hands, and I don’t know if she was called in or what but she wasn’t in uniform.
Now the food was on point. My family and I enjoyed it. And they were friendly. But I just can’t deal with them not washing their hands and touching the food.
