The employees & delivery drivers are usually very nice, but my food I ordered most recently was kind of depressing. I paid for extra cupped pepperoni and there were some slices that only had like 1.5 peps each, and my Buffalo wing sauce was like water.
I will say the flavor of their personal pizzas is FIRE, but I was just disappointed to pay extra and not get the pepperoni.

The manager Crystal was very rude. I came in and picked up my food. She acted as if she didn’t even want me in the store. My order was wrong. Gave me breadsticks and no marinara sauce and gave me the wrong pizza. I ordered Pepperoni and sausage and gave me just sausage. When I called I explained my order was wrong and she had an attitude. Didn’t even let me finish before cutting me off. I told her thank for the credit on my account. She said yup and hung up the phone. Poor customer service

Unfortunately found out the hard way that this pizza hut location was absolutely terrible! Generally not one to write reviews but when you waste money after waiting for 1.5 hours…placed an order online, said it would be ready in 20, showed up 15 minutes later and waited another hour for my order. There was no communication except for the one employee working, yelling out that she’s canceling orders because they were out of food. I finally had to ask if mine was being cancelled. Silver lining…finally got my food, in trajectory of the night, it was nothing I ordered. Lesson learned.

I wish I would have read reviews, first. Estimated delivery time was 25-35 min. We got our order 2 hours later. The pics speak for themselves. Everthing was completely cold. 8 pc. “boneless wings”????..more like baby chicken nuggets. Pizza looked like it had been flung around in the vehicle or worse, dropped. The apple pies looked like someone had taken a bite out of 2 of them, I dared to taste one that didnt look like it had been bitten into……DISGUSTING!! Tasted like it was sitting in the freezer throughout the whole pandemic time. Honestly, I’m not one to write bad reviews but this, I just couldn’t let go. I will NEVER, EVER order anything from this place.

I put in a future delivery order 3.5 hours early. Without telling me, they decided to use door dash instead of a regular driver. The Dasher was late to pick up the order, then waited 10min in the store for another order. To top it all off, the swapped my bread stick order with a chicken dish I didn’t want. ***SUPER FUN HAPPY UPDATE***: Had seen the “sorry for disappointing you, please email” response after others had bad service, so before this review, we contacted them… And got an “oops sorry” reply, with no offer to refund or replace – so take note, they don’t even care about the horrible service/food UNLESS YOU COMPLAIN PUBLICLY. Which is awful – nor should you accept their offer, unless you want a pizza someone might have defiled to get back at you (I really wouldn’t doubt it considering the attitudes of employees I have dealt with). Seems like several people have posted negative reviews, so several suspiciously positive ones showed up to counter – I work for a similarly large place in the area, and if you check our reviews, many positive reviews were posted by employees I personally know, so that is indeed a thing.
This place is garbage. Was fine until a few months ago, then the quality went down but I figured maybe it was temporary, although in the last 2 months once they were closed at 7 PM, and another time they were out of pizza crusts. Then I received literally the crappiest pizzas I have ever seen outside of grade school. One pizza had cheese on about half of it, but almost no sauce. I also got THIS monstrosity, which I still can’t believe someone had the balls to think was a reasonable looking pizza someone should pay for. I’ve never once complained to a pizza place, ever, yet had my mom get ahold of them for this. The manager said she was grateful for letting her know, and the problem was the store only had temp management. Which I get – BUT they didn’t offer to replace it or anything. What the Hell? I dropped 20 bucks on this slop, plus 5 as a tip, and they can’t see how maybe they should offer a free replacement or anything? Ridiculous and terrible, terrible service. Like I said, place used to be fine, then went downhill, then got to this point. I beg you, order from anywhere else, or carryout from a different pizza Hut. Or at the very least, check your order before the driver leaves. Worst Pizza hut EVER.

Worst Pizza Hut ever. The place itself is gloomy and dark inside besides dirty. The pizza was raw and there is a lot of bulky green added topping. Don’t waste your money here

The 2nd time I’ve tried delivery pizza from this store, now this time its undercooked and the entire pizza stuck to the bottom of the box rendering it JUNK since its a jumbled mess trying to get it apart. I will not order from this store again and would suggest no one else does tillnthey get there act together
