Went to dine in, they gave us our pizza and breadsticks in to go boxes. The menus are pieces of paper in red folders?? The “waiter” had disgusting long nails, Mucus on his mustache. It was utterly disgusting. I’ll be surprised if this place stays open for much longer.

Even Splinter wouldn’t eat here!!! Stopped by after the new TMNT:MM film around 9pm. For said they were open until 12AM but no parking lot lights on, one car in lot and no one greeted us as we walked in. After 1 minutes a girl walked out from back. We asked to be seated, which in turn got the response of surprise and disappointment. She told us to pick a table and she would be right out to help us.

So I am a every week to every other week customer. These pizzas I just got had no sauce in the center and barely any in the rest. These pizzas looked and tasted much different than normal. The toppings were very minimal as well. I think they lost a customer on this one….. we will try to see what the manager will do about it!!

It breaks my heart to see what the old time full service Pizza Huts have become, with no salad bar, serving in paper plates, in to go boxes at the table and no more iconic red plastic cups for soda. I remember when family Pizza Hut night was the thing to do. There was nearly always a wait to get a table, but now there are barely three tables in use….

I called the non emergency police tonight while dining in the Lake Geneva Pizza Hut because our bill was $102 for two large pizzas, 12 wings, and 2 bottled sodas! The prices were blacked out on the menu provided to us and we were told that their prices went up. Not thinking anything about it, I went online to review the prices and ordered accordingly from our waiter while using the online prices in front of him. He knew I was using those prices and even told me that some of the online items have been discontinued. We ate on paper plates and used plastic silverware for goodness sakes! This is NOT fine dining, it’s Pizza Hut! Apparently the online prices are less expensive than the fine dining prices by a long shot! While the manager brought our bill down to $72, it was still too high for what we ordered, and the deceitfulness has lost our business for life. BUYER BE AWARE!!!

Called for carry out. Got there and had to wait and noticed it looks like the floor hasn’t been swept in a week and the window sills are filthy. Leave with my order of 2 items. Leave and open the bag and no marinara sauce for my breadsticks. Had to go back to get marinara sauce. Leave again and go to eat my pepperoni personal pan and no pepperoni! Waste of time. No it was not busy whatsoever.

Local Pizza hut is barely edible and has been this way for years. Only stopped in to try the Big New Yorker and it was a disappointment, as usual. Between the incredibley high prices and terrible food/service, I can only recommend this place to the desperate. Shame, cause I like Pizza Hut better than Domino’s.

Website lies.They have Dine-In. Most days2-10, 4-10, 12-8. Call ahead and order so don’t have to wait. Normally takes 15-20 minutes to make and go threw oven. Lights are not working at nights looks like we’re closed. I Assure you we have Dine-In. Maybe even get a Magic Show. Our outdoor Signs Finally where fixed and light up. Bring in the Dinning Room Business.
