Ordered online almost 100 dollars worth of food. Ordered 2 large pizzas. 3 kinds of wings and a personal pan pizza. The order did arrive on time but the personal pan was quite undercooked and not the crispy bottom you expect. Scarely enough cheese to know that there was any cheese on the pizza. The boneless wings were overdone. The bone in ones were fine. Requested that they cut the pizzas party style. This was not done and the pieces were not even uniform. This is my second time ordering from this Pizza Hut. The first time i ordered from them was shortly after they opened and I was unhappy with the food then. Because they had just opened I gave them some grace and this is why I decided to give them another chance. Spent too much money not to have things turn out right.

Cons: Ordered Pizza Hut for the first time tonight since they opened. Got our breadsticks without seasoning. Called them to see what they could do. This was their response;
“I’m not saying you’re lying but I’ve been watching him make them all night and he’s lightly seasoning them”
Pro: they did deliver fresh seasoned breadsticks.

I walked in the store and noticed that there wasn’t any tables to eat at. Both of the people working at the store said they would help me in a little bit but neither one of them did. They were busy doing other things. I looked at the menu and seen the prices were higher than my local Pizza Hut. I walked out and then I went to Wendy’s for dinner.

This review is more towards the website/corporate folks than the local people, but… when ordering from the website or app, it would be SOOOOOO much nicer if anything that was written in the “special instructions” section of the order were actually SENT to the store making the pizza. For instance, if you write in the “special instructions” section “NO CHEESE. NO CHEESE. NEVER CHEESE.”, it would be nice if the store could see that request, and perhaps, make your pizza without cheese. Apparently, according to the store, they cannot see anything written in that spot.
Just so you know… anything on a web or app order that’s special or different, won’t be seen by the cooks. Seems like an easy thing to make right, but then again, I am not a multi-million dollar chain corporation with web developers on staff, so what do I know about it.
I also just found out that if you add a driver tip via the website, it may or may not get charged along with the order. I added a tip to two different orders, and it got charged on one, but not the other, so i apologize to the driver that got stiffed… I left a tip electronically, but apparently, it didn’t happen. It shows up on the order receipt on the website, but not the store receipt or the actual credit card charge.

After an hr of waiting on delivery. I called for them to tell me sorry but they had to remake my order . Didn’t say why just that they had to remake it. Wasn’t 10 min later the neighbors yell at me asking if I ordered a pizza. I replied yes and I’m sorry the delivery guy walks rite across her yard . Explained how they couldn’t find the place. With a 2 dollar tip. Just to find out my pizza is cold and pops r warm. So I called spoke to manager witch shouldn’t b a manager. I was polite until she tried to make it my fault. This isn’t my first time getting a delivery from u. It will b my last. 35 dollars waisted and I’m still hungry

I ordered a big box dinner and had it scheduled for pick up later that day. When I showed up the cashier just told me I wasn’t in the system and walked away. Finally someone came and told me that scheduled orders don’t go back to the kitchen for some reason . She said she could have it ready in 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later I finally got my pizza and then when I got home and opened the box it was completely different pizzas from what I had ordered. I will no longer eat at this Pizza Hut.

My sister and I ordered a thin super supreme to carryout, it was ready exactly on time, and it was perfect. The gal at the counter was very pleasant, lobby was super clean, and we’ll definitely order again.

Ordered online, email said food was ready. When I arrived no one came to the window for 5 minutes, Someone finally came, and said Pizza just came out of the oven. So it wasn’t ready, Pizza had no toppings, just cheese. I ordered double peperoni. Yikes.
