Worst experience ever even as a first timer here got a buffalo chicken pizza no buffalo and order 8 piece traditional mild buffalo they gave us boneless and the boneless weren’t cooked all the way. Just a slight drizzle on the wings and when I called to say something 43 minutes on automated hold nobody awnsered last time I tried to order from them about a hour automated hold and ended up ordering from Casey’s clearly they can’t do a simple order.

Workers standing at the counter eating. Kitchen had the music up so loud and singing even louder. The time before we went our daughter didnt even get her food. The waitress said she “I’m sorry about that but I was trying to get things ready for close” it was like 6:30! That place has really went down hill the last few years! Will be a long time if we even ever go back!

We usually order Pizza Hut from yall all the time and have it delivered. Well tonight when I received my pizza I noticed that it was made incorrectly both of them. I looked back at the receipt and it clearly said how I wanted both pizzas to be made and yall failed to do that this time. Also are we rationing toppings now to only 1-2 pepperonis a slice on a large pizza??? Along with the chicken sausage. Also the “lemon pepper” wings we received were not even seasoned but yet whoever it was put the lemon pepper sticker on the bowl.

This was probably the best pizza hut pizza I’ve had in a long time the food was really good the service could’ve been a little better but she was young so I’m not holding that against her to much but the atmosphere in the dine in area well that definitely could’ve been better when there were people in the back yelling and complaining so it wasn’t the best experience that day

I was seated and order buffalo wings and a salad. After a hour had past without getting my food and no one coming to check on me I got up and left. The place was pretty dirty as well. The people in the back are kind of scary looking to.

Ordered pizza to be delivered, I gave specific directions of where to deliver. Was advised it would be 30 minutes, in an hour, still no delivery. Attempts to call failed, busy signal. Finally after an 1 hour and 20 minutes they answered the phone.
1 hour and 30 minutes later they delivered, cold pizza and cheese bread sticks. Delivery person said she was not given the direction I provided to the female taking my order.
$34+ and our pizza & cheese bread sticks were cold and crust was hard.

My husband and I came in the evening and were not welcomed in properly. The waitress barely acknowledged us and told us to “sit anywhere we like.” We then sat down at a dirty table and waited several minutes to be served. A family group then came in and were immediately served drinks and had their order taken, with the waitress looking directly at us and she still did not bother to take our order. After waiting for at least 20 minutes, and still not being served or even acknowledged, we decided that we shouldn’t be spending our money here. So, if you go in, don’t go in the evening and don’t expect any service from the waitress with black hair unless you are a large group of people. Just go to Casey’s instead. We are incredibly annoyed and disappointed at the service tonight, as it usually isn’t that way.

Absolutely the worst service!! My boys and I stopped in got our drinks and order wings, breadsticks, and mozzarella sticks and 54 minutes later we got the wings and mozzarella sticks but no breadsticks!!

The service was slow and the plates and silverware were dirty as we asked for sauce the waiter forgot 30 minutes later the waiter came back with a plate but our food was gone we also had to prepare the wings with the sauce and packaged seasoning she had gave us and there bathrooms were disgusting and there was pee all on the floor.
