This is our 2nd visit to this Pizza Hut. Love the throwback atmosphere, and while here we got some throwback late 70s, 80s music to dine to! Our personal pan pizzas were amazing as were the cheesy breadsticks! The breadsticks are always a favorite! Our service was great!! I’d highly recommend dining here!! We’ll definitely be back!! Only about 1 hour away.

Truck driver stuck here at shippers. I wanted to order. But they said they closed at 8 for delivery. That’s BS. So I tried doordahs. They canceled my order twice. It’s going on 8:45pm and I have nothing in my semi to eat nor am I able to go anywhere. Just lazy people who don’t want to do their job.

I think I have given this place enough of my money and time. Ordered food on a tuesday night wanted wings and a pizza. Shortly after placing my call I received a phone call telling me that they could not make the wings due to the fryers being shut off. I asked why the fryers were shut off when they were still open. No good reason.
They did not offer anything for the wings and I had to ask for something different. Could hear people in the background on the phone not wanting to help or be helpful. Saying they didn’t care and so forth.
When I got the pizza it was cold, there was zero sauce on it and my topping where burnt and tasted so gross. I thought I would speak to the manager about this but she was the one who was working last night.
Everytime I order its always an ordeal from them forgetting things to just making it wrong to them refusing to do something. I think my money and energy will be better spent somewhere else.

Food is good. Main complaint is the service. Tonight it was busy but after our waitress gave our drinks and took our order, we didn’t see her until we were almost done eating. She walked past us multiple times and did not check for drinks or how we were doing. I went up front to get refills (as we went almost our whole meal slowly sipping), and extra napkins. She looked at me multiple times while getting drinks for other patrons and never acknowledged me. Someone else from the staff did and I told him we had not been helped since ordering and we needed drink refills at our table and extra napkins. He came to the table next to us after and completey ignored my request. Our waitress came at the very end of the meal and asked how everything was. When she brought our check she then asked if we needed refills. Too little, too late.

First time visiting, new to the area. I was blown away by how busy the restaurant was but the service was fast and outstanding. I noticed everyone from the kitchen to all those taking orders and serving was working hard together for each and everyone coming in. This is the place to go if you want great service and quality of food. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer. My hats to all that work there!
