I went in less than an hour before closing for a to go order and the staff was so nice. I believe it was Amanda that took my order and prepared it. I had my newborn with me and she offered to take my food out to my car. She went above and beyond. I tipped on card but definitely wished I had cash on me. That’s the best service around

Sooo good! It’s been a long time since we’ve had pizza hut. The wings are bomb (ate them before we got pics ) We loved our waitress and they had the most beautiful, shiny crystal ball behind the counter can’t wait to come back!!

We are visiting for the weekend and decided to come here for a quick bite to eat. The place is so clean, their salad bar (although smaller)was so fresh and clean, and the food came out quickly and great. What we were most impressed with was the staff! Our waitress was great! We were being picky about our pizza, but she was so accommodating and warm about everything! She made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant! We asked about adding different sauces to our order of wings and she was more than willing to make it happen! She just made it go from a normal/typical experience at Pizza Hut to a great one!

Ordered delivery recently, food was about what I expected, overpriced but tasty. But I had ordered the 4 pack of 20oz mix and match bottled soft drinks, all but one were expired. One expired back in May, one had expired in July and the other I finished drinking before noticing it had expired a month ago. Please keep a better eye on your outdates

The food was really good, except they needed to put a little more meat on their sandwiches. The service was awesome, the waiter we had was polite and very friendly. I believe his name was Steve. We’ll be making another trip up to Cheboygan soon, and yes, we’ll be stopping there again. I’m just going to ask if they can add more meat.

Had a very unpleasant visit at Pizza Hut. There was only one server and it got busy quick. The server completely ignored a Jamaican family and made sure all the other tables at their beverages and food. This family waited for 25 minutes with Menus in their hands and were completely ignored. When we spoke up about it the sever and I’m guessing the women was the manager admitted to ignoring them! So disgusting!!! If your going to treat people like that you need to hire a new server and management!!!

Shortly after the recent devastating ice storm passed through the area, my girlfriend and I were visiting a friend who lives near your town. His home was still without power so we decided to see if any restaurants were open in Cheboygan. Fortunately for us we found Pizza Hut to be serving. We all enjoyed a great meal. The next day I discovered that I had inadvertently left my credit card there. I live over an hours drive away. When I phoned the restaurant and told them of my mistake the manager agreed to mail my card back to me. This act of kindness saved me both time and money. A special thank you to Amanda. I appreciate you and will certainly be stopping by the restaurant again when we travel through
