To start, this is the second time my husband and I ordered here since moving, this is also the second time they have messed up his order. Not only have they messed up the order and had to remake it, when my husband goes in to see 4 people making pizza’s and all arguing about which pizza to make shows the lack of communication already. The manager offered us a 2 liter the first time and we said no it’s okay we understand people make mistakes sometimes, but this time she tried to give us garlic sauce that we already paid for.. step up and do better.

I use to love getting pizza from here, but the last couple of times it has been terrible. The pizza was picked up fresh but looked and tasted as if it was two hrs old. Its bad when Little Caesar has better pizza nowadays

I waited for my pizza 40 mins after ordering on the app I ordered when I was north of Ethridge and still had to wait another 30 minutes after getting to the store. Wow 12 people in there working and had to wait this long.
Update:got home pizza was not even what I ordered. I ordered 1 cheese pizza and 1 ham and pineapple got 2 pineapple pizzas. Three kids didn’t have anything to eat

Pizza we ordered wasn’t sliced all the way through and the slices looked like a toddler cut them with a crayon. They ruined our pizza and still charged us $25. The crust was folded over the pizza, the gas station up the road serves higher quality pizza for a lower price. Will not be ordering from Domino’s again.
