Was very disappointed when me and my family and I came in for pizza with a 5.5 month old baby to find out that there were no high chairs just booster seats. We asked if we could get a high chair and the employee told us that they only have booster seats. So each of us family members had to take turns eating so each of us could hold the baby. Very sad that this location is not accommodating for families with babies that require a high chair

Pizza was over cooked to the point of crunchy & cheese on top was black. I usually save half for the next day. Pizza wasn’t appetizing enough to save. I ordered thin, but there was nothing to it. Cinnabon rolls had an overload of frosting- hard to taste the Cinnabon.

Initially called to place an order no one answered drove over and went inside and waited ten minutes had to call out to someone to come to the front. Someone walks in and hasn’t been there a minute and asks if I was picking up and decided to serve the other person before me. Lady was very rude and complained to me. I walked out. Not a good pizza hut stay away.

I ordered a pizza and they made it fresh for me. I stayed and ate inside and a worker brought me a water and napkins and stuff after seeing me stay there to eat. The food was great and I really appreciated the service provided. I definitely think it was worth a little extra for the pizza.

Ordered take outpizza, cheese breadsticks, Alfredo pasta for the family. My son really enjoys the pasta, however, I thought it was fairly bland. The pizza is what you would expect and it’s consistent with every other pizza hut across the country. Some days, the comfort of consistency beats the adventure of the unknown. All in all, a very reasonably priced experience

Due to them being short staffed there was no wait staff, had to order at counter which was fine since we knew what we wanted, got our drinks and sat down, easy to find a place as we were the only people there. Got our pizza quickly, found out there was no salt, pepper, pepper flakes or grated cheese on any of the tables, had to wait at counter a while only to find out they had no salt or pepper, but did give me a couple of packets of cheese. Pizza was ok, maybe not so hot as I had to wait for the cheese and no salt or pepper. They had plenty of take out customers. Had a stack of boxes at another table and as we never saw anyone we took one and boxed up the left over pieces ourselves. Been a while since we had Pizza Hut (The last two or three times we stopped they only had take out and we went somewhere else, kinda wish we would have done so this time) and it just wasn”t as good as I remembered it being.

We ordered on the website at 6:30 p.m. Pickup time was listed as 6:45 p.m. We arrived to pick up our order at 6:50 p.m. The lady working the counter was very rude to my husband. He returned to the car after she yelled at him to move so she could help other customers. He re-entered at 7:03 p.m. Our order was still not ready and she again was rude to him. I called to confirm that the current wait time for pickup was 15 minutes. I entered the restaurant at 7:15 p.m. to retrieve our order. The woman was rude to me and crumpled my receipt up and would not hand it to me.
After leaving the restaurant, I decided to check my order after waiting 45 minutes for my food. Out of the 24 boneless wings I ordered, many of them were the size of a quarter. It is extremely upsetting to pay such high prices and to not even get what we paid for.
If we ever decide to give pizza hut a try again, we will never return to this location. The rude employees, lack of respect for people’s time and unsatisfactory of our order was a deal breaker. It does NOT take 45 minutes to prepare, cook and package a medium pepperoni pizza, 24 boneless honey BBQ wings and a double order of cheese sticks. If they would have been honest from the start and let us know that our order had not been started, we could have canceled our order and not dealt with the issues we had.
