I come here every morning. I just love that my order is always consistent in taste because the 2 Dunkin’s in Carrollton always make my drinks so different and I get the same thing everyday. Didn’t know that was possible but love it here !
UPDATE: came here to get my shaken espresso that I get every single morning and it was very light in color which it’s usually not. I asked why it was so light this morning the guy said because there’s whole milk in it which I knew was weird because I switch out between whole milk and oat milk and it’s never that light in color it’s usually more dark. It didn’t taste like there was any espresso in it and they only filled my cup up 3/4ths of the way.

i come here every morning before school and order a large refresher, an everything bagel with cream cheese and an extra spread, because y’all can be pretty stingy with the cream cheese. on more than one occasion i would receive a plain bagel when i would order an everything one, and today, i waited at least 15 minutes for my food, and it was sitting in the wrong spot the whole time. i know it gets super busy in the mornings and mistakes are made, but i ended up tardy today at school because of it. i will continue to come here since i love dunkin and i usually have a good experience, but today really made my morning pretty bad.

I placed an online order and when I arrived to the store my order wasn’t ready which is perfectly fine because it looked pretty busy but then when I received my order, which was supposed to be fresh, my eggs were ice cold. Food that had just been made being that cold doesn’t make sense to me.

How can you not purchase gift cards at any amount.
Says you have to purchase a $25 min with your debit card. Wanted to make a $75 purchase and break it down in smaller amounts for gifts and couldn’t make it happen. Want 4- $10 1-$15 and 1-$30. Could do it. So lost a $75 purchased. This should be doable in store.

She cocked an attitude with me at the window about my coffee. I don’t need to specify it’s hot. It’s coffee. Don’t have an attitude when you hand me a iced coffee and I ask you to remake it. Terrible service.

This location is a bit below par for a Dunkin’. Food/beverage quality is a bit inconsistent. The service is also inconsistent. Sometimes they are friendly, sometimes it’s a teen that clearly wishes they were literally anywhere else doing anything else. Atmosphere is fine, normal chain coffee spot vibes. Coffee is pretty good when it’s right. I would ask for a bit less sweetener in whatever you get, they make drinks quite sweet. Also, the drink sizes are bigger than any other coffee shop. A large is a 32oz. So be aware, if you order a large iced latte, you’re gonna have enough for family and friends. Donuts are meh. I personally love the Iced Dunkalatte with a pump of blueberry flavor. All in all, this Dunkin’ is good for your morning brew or coffee drink, just make sure you like your drink before you drive off.

Negative stars from me . This dunkin has disappointed many of times but i kept going to give them the many of tries. I once got handed a drink that was leaking and when i asked for napkins bc the drink was leaking all over me and my car , i got laughed at. You sit at the window for a long time before anyone even acknowledges you. And i understand with covid and everyone being short staffed , but when they’re standing at the window with it shut and just talking to their coworkers and laughing thats not an excuse. But today really topped it off , i got a chicken croissant stuffer and the whole inside was raw , bacon and everything. We called many of times to bring it to someones attention, and when they FINALLY answered the manager did not care. She told me they might have cooked it on the wrong setting , as if serving raw meat is something that can make someone very very sick, you would think the setting would be something you pay attention to. Drive the extra time to go to carrollton dunkin , ur better off
