FYI- this place is under construction, but it doesn’t seem to slow them down. They are fast. Almost always done in the advertised 15 minutes. We ordered 9 pizzas on a Sunday afternoon and it was ready in about 15 minutes. It also has a drive thru pickup window.

When I wanted to eat pizza while I watched the classic Christmas movie HOLIDAY INN, I just picked up the phone and placed my order. Everyone is so friendly, efficient and accurate! They said it would be 40 minutes, but my thin crust medium pizza with green peppers, onions and black olives arrived in 20 minutes! So hot and delicious. MERRY CHRISTMAS

Placed an online order that was suppose to take 30 minutes. Waited the full time and never received my pizza. Called the business after about an hour passed and the driver answered. He proceeded to tell me that he tried to deliver the pizza and that he knocked and my dogs never once barked. Then he tells me he called my phone multiple times and I never once got a call. The funny thing is I put the order under contactless and yet he didn’t just leave the pizza? I had already paid for it and gave him a tip through the app. I spoke to the manager and she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation and to make matters worse, I live less than 5 minutes down the road and yet didn’t offer to bring me my order not even sure if they refunded it. She called me a liar and said that her driver is trustworthy and would never lie about trying to deliver. Do better!

Refused to add a topping charge so I could have mushroom and pineapple on my cheese sticks. What happened to the customer is always right. First time I have ever been refused this request at a pizza hut even first time at this pizza hut. I went to taco bell next door instead, customer service and satisfaction is important to me. She was nice but never even checked to see if there was a way to fulfill my order.
