I always love coming here. I always have great service and my food is hot and made fast. Sometimes they get busy so it’s a little longer wait. But the food is always delicious. The dining room is kept clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. There’s a claw machine for the kids to play too.

I ordered the Big Dinner Box expecting the long box with the square pizzas, wings and cheese sticks. I received pizzas that were original round shaped and triangle pieces and the dough was soggy on the bottom yuck. The cheesesticks were good and the wings too. Please go back to the square pizza pieces, the dough was never soggy.

Extremely upset!!! I ordered pizza for my kids Sunday night, I just moved to a new address so I made the mistake of having 1 number off, I call maybe 5 mins after the time it said pizza would be delivered (that’s when I realized address was wrong) the lady working that night was extremely rude stated to me that the pizza had been returned /canceled and I’d have to wait for my bank to refund me. Instead of a simple call to correct it my kids went to bed hungry that night AND they never returned my money I have to go thru a longgg drawn out wait while it’s a investigation these ppl have no compassion when you simply could have called me OR just sent the pizza back out. I’ll never order from this place again EVER!!!

Had been craving that pan pizza taste for awhile and it was delivered by Pizza Hut. Enjoyed every bite like when I was a kid. We ordered on our way to pickup and while it said it was ready 10 minutes prior to our eta it still wasn’t ready, but it wasn’t a big deal. They even remembered our extra marinara for our cheese sticks! So Good!!

Ordered the $19.99 Deal Lg Stuffed Crust (my favorite pizza of their’s which came with 2 8-piece orders of Garlic Parm wings (thought I’d try them.)
Order showed, the wings were so good and filling, I could only eat one slice of pizza. I expected the wings to be nothing more than breading with barely any meat in them. To my surprise, they were huge with large amounts of meat and covered in Garlic Parm sauce.
So today, I order it again. Talk about disappointment. See picture. My wings, bare as the second they were pulled out of the vat, with just a little bit of Garlic Parm poured into the bottom of the container.
What happens when I call? The usual when I call to tell them my order was wrong (yes, I said the usual – that’s how many times I’ve call to complain about my order not being correct. You’d think I’d give up on this store, and I pretty much have. The only thing they ever get right with any consistency is their breadsticks (best in the business)) they don’t answer the phone – they NEVER answer the phone.
It gets redirected to corporate, whom after I asked five times if this was the actual store or corporate she lied and said the store (I know better). The. She said let transfer tin to the manager so “they” (another give away, if she was in-store she’d know which manager she was working with and know if it was a “he” or a “she”, not a “they”. Transferred. Rung. Ring. Ring. Ring. Dial tone. Never answered.
Their customer service sucks. One time they sent me this heart felt (template) letter on how they feel terrible for not making me happy with my order and this letter serves as a free pizza order to replace the mistake. They wouldn’t let me use it unless I brought it into the store. I said, I want delivery. Why should I have to go out of my way to replace a delivery order you screwed up. About a week before the letter expired (yes, they cared enough to send it but not enough to ensure I could use it when I wanted to). I went on theatre with it. Geez.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I got a 2 personal pan pizzas with garlic and cupped pepperoni. Only a SINGLE pepperoni on each piece of the pizza. Loaded with garlic other wise. Unacceptable and I will be taking my service somewhere else
