It’s A typical pizza hut, with a dining in option. Always seems to be minimally staffed, but is never busy when I go, so the couple employees that are working always seems to be enough. The food is standard Pizza Hut, not great, but not bad. If you order online, there are usually deals. They have a BOGO deal on boneless wings on Wednesday.

We ordered a pizza and breadsticks for delivery. We placed the order and paid. They waited until the expected delivery time to call and tell us they were not delivering to our area that day. They said we could wait for a door dasher to pick it up or we could come get it. If we picked either option everything would have been cold. If they would have called when the order came in rather than 30 min later I would have been more understanding.

This is a Pizza Hut Wings Street on West Main (M-43) in Kalamazoo. The inside is very nice and very clean. Very comfortable to dine in. Food is great, and the staff is very friendly. Definitely going back.

I’m done ordering from Pizza Hut. The Alfredo pasta had very little sauce and very little flavor. I ordered naked wings and they were very dry and overcooked.

I’ve used the convenient drive through pick up window a few times and it’s always a quick and easy way to get your meal. The food quality has always been good and is the usual Pizza Hut fare. My favorite is still the pan style pizza – but you can get hand tossed and other options.
I don’t think I had dined in there since COVID, but I was in the area the other day and stopped in for a quick lunch. I found they had an easy lunch special with a personal pizza, fries or wings, and a drink. I got the honey barbecue wings with my personal pan pizza. They were delicious. My server was polite and took good care of me, making sure to refill my drink often.
I’ve had take out from here- and it’s usually a fine experience- but you will get your meal quicker and with less hassle if you order it ahead and just make a quick run down to their drive in pickup.

The lobby was closed. They had 3-4 children in the lobby and even back in the kitchen. Our food was made correctly and it was good. But one of the employees even showed one of the children how to type stuff into the register at the window…I was just a little shocked.

Kennedy was awesome! She was polite, always with a smile on her face, energetic and efficient. We love her and will be back just to see her! What an asset to your business!!! Our wonderful server aside, we drive from the Eastside to eat here. We have found this store to have the highest quality pizza and best service of any Pizza Hut in the area!
