The food was incredible across the board:
• The Biscuits: Easily the star of the show. They are perfectly flaky, fresh, and clearly made with care.
• French Toast: Absolutely yummy. I honestly wanted to order more, but I was just too full!
• The Proteins: They don’t skimp here. The bacon comes in thick, hearty slices, and the sausage was seasoned perfectly. Everything was cooked exactly right.
The atmosphere is cozy, and the service is efficient. I highly recommend stopping by, just make sure you bring your appetite ✨

This little coffee shop is amazing! Get the : sausage and gravy, chicken and waffle, cinnamon sugar beignets! Most importantly get the mystery box in which the shop
will give you a treat, you choose either sweet or savory. We got chorizo sausage patties which were delicious! Even the bees were obsessed with the pastries.

The food was actually really good — especially the biscuits — but unfortunately my experience was ruined when I found a long strand of hair baked into my beignet biscuit. It completely threw off my appetite. It’s disappointing because everything else tasted great, but that really took away from the overall experience.

When I say top flight..I mean top flight.. The food was so good. I just so happened to be in the area and was hungry and I saw this place.I just walked in not even expecting it to be as good as it was but the food was amazing. The French toast looked burnt at first, but let me tell you…it was so soft and gooey in the middle crunchy on the outside I mean my homemade French toast does this no justice. I’ll probably never make French toast ever again after eating this. The biscuit sandwiches that I had also were amazing the chicken sausage and impossible sausage…delicious!!!The biscuits had so much flavor I mean, this place was delicious. Their biscuits taste better than my homemade biscuits .That’s all I gotta say I have nothing negative to say I definitely will come back again and I definitely will bring my family With me. I also think that this is actually a nice place to come with a date if you guys wanted to have breakfast or lunch this is an awesome place.. low-key laid-back customer service was amazing as soon as I stepped in the door. Tried this spot for lunch and ordered a chicken biscuit with honey butter and added bacon. The biscuit itself was delicious, fluffy, and easily the best part of the meal.
Unfortunately, a few things fell short. The honey butter was extremely heavy and ended up overpowering the sandwich. The chicken was seasoned well, but the piece I received was very fatty and not the best cut. I also added bacon, but what I got looked and tasted more like a slice of ham, so I ended up taking it off the sandwich.
The waffle fries were crispy, which was good, but there was a slight aftertaste, possibly from the oil.
Overall, the biscuit was great, but the toppings and quality of the chicken could use some improvement. I would be willing to give them another try in the future.

I am proud to say I’ve had the biscuits of my life here at this establishment . The biscuits are fluffy, moist and buttery and you can really tell that it’s made freshly in house. I can’t believe how delicious the biscuit waffles & biscuit French toast was! Like it’s such a genius creation for sure. The chicken biscuit was oozing with honey and with perfectly fried chicken adorned on a hot buttery biscuit! I absolutely can’t wait to come again. Not to mention, the service was FAST and the coffee—-robust, flavorful and delicious.
It’s a small quaint space, I’d recommend parking on the street if you’re afraid of a small parking lot. Definitely coming again—-and again.

Absolutely love this quaint little biscuit bistro in Alexandria – we’ve been coming for years. We travel from Woodbridge to get their delicious sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, BLT, and a side of French toast…sooo good. And the staff is super friendly. Check em out!

The biscuit is great but the chicken is SMALL. Overall the sandwich tends to the dry side. Wish there’s more honey / sauce. Also, it’s overpriced – $15 after tax. No incentive to come back at all.

When they’re warm, the biscuits have a crust that’s crispy and just the right texture… Have mercy. When they’re not warm, the biscuits feel like bricks and yet, you can still tear off pieces and the texture is still fantastic. The sandwiches are delicious, though pricy. Will go back and buy the ones to bake at home and see if they turn out as well – – they’re the same price, so I feel they should be foolproof

Hands down the best biscuits in the area! Impossible sausage biscuit/ sandwich are my goto menu item. My fam loves fried chicken sandwich with hot honey too. Super quick, simple recipes, still so delicious. I highly recommend !
