I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order.
I ordered directly through the Pizza Hut website (not DoorDash or Uber Eats) specifically so I could request very, very light sauce due to medical dietary restrictions. I also paid extra for delivery so I could include this request and added it clearly in the specialty comments. Unfortunately, the pizza I received had an excessive amount of sauce — so much that the cheese was barely visible.
To make matters worse, I ordered and paid for two ranch cups and instead received two garlic sauces. Had the store contacted me to say ranch was unavailable, I would have canceled the order and ordered elsewhere. I was never given that option.
When I called the store, I was told they would not refund my order. The only options offered were:
Sending a replacement pizza without ranch, or
A credit to order pizza on another day — which doesn’t help, as I do not normally eat pizza due to a medical condition and only ordered this as a one-time exception while sick.
This order cost nearly $27 after delivery, sauces, and tip, (for a $9.99 medium pizza) and it’s not something I can even eat. I rarely complain or leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable and disappointing, especially given the lack of accountability or customer care. Don’t waste your heart earn money on this place, order from somewhere else.

I’m leaving a 5 star review for a not great experience that ended up being great, here’s why.. 1. Great management. Thank you Ashley for not only being professional, but also kind and truly helpful. 2. Mistakes happen absolutely everywhere.

Not great. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and it came with one slice with no cheese and the rest with barely any cheese. Tried calling and was placed on hold until they never answered.

So I ordered a little later but made sure it was in before 11:30 since they close at midnight on Friday night. Picked it up- got home and I ordered a regular breadsticks and the lil bites pizza. Even tho I was picking up I gave over a $4 tip since it was end of the night. I did NOT get a regular full order of breadsticks- I received some flat over cooked piece of dough that was sliced and not even pulled apart. The entire thing was probably only a 3rd of the thickness of a single normal breadsticks. The pizza was a bit overcooked- normally this would not bother me but having the lil bites crust- half of the bites the cheese had exploded out and they were empty. Could not return due to the store being closed by the time I got home.

I have not had pizza hut in ages, but wanted to check them out since they still had heart shaped pizza’s throug the 17th. Pizza looked great and cooked perfectly, just wasn’t quite as flavorful as I recall? Breadsticks were still the same and delicious. I would come back.

This has to be the worst pizza place and location to go to not only did i order my food online tried having someone pick up my order and and they say to my boyfriend they dont have an order for me. I received a confirmation and time to pick up food. I go up there and see my name that it was ready for pickup. I explain to them that someone came to pick up this order for me and I told them if they could make it over for me fresh please I will wait. Basically told me they won’t make it over for me after it had been sitting there for over 20 mins. Really so you want me to eat some pizza that been sitting there for 20 mins.

worse pizza I had in a long time cheese pepperoni mushrooms and bacon there were 1 or 2 pieces of mushrooms and no bacon I went to pick up a slice and it broke in half also I ordered the mozzarella sticks said 8 sticks only got 6 was looking for a good pizza before I took my nephew fishing for the first time had fun fishing but disappointed about the quality of the pizza

They were very nice and polite, their workspace was really clean from what I saw at the register and their younger manager from what it looks like was doing a good job making sure things were running smoothly. And on top of that, my order turned out amazing.

Been long time since I had pizza hut and this was just a disappointment. The steak melt dough didn’t seem cooked fully and for how thin these pizza slices are it ridiculous. Tasted bland had no flavor
