Tried PH for the first time tonight in quite some time and growing up at this location, I was so glad I was able to return after many years and see the inside decor had not changed. Please do not ever change the inside of this Pizza Hut. It’s amazing seeing how retro this location is now.

This particular Pizza Hut is an archeological wonder from 1998!! It’s as if you’ve arrived via a Time Machine to your youth. Old school carpet, custom tile, Frank Lloyd Wright themed interior complete with stained glass everywhere. A huge salad bar (sadly no pizza buffet, as that went away during covid). And YES..that is a 360 degree FIREPLACE in the middle. Wow!!
Food was solid, service was warm & friendly.

The Sagamore Pizza Hut is without a doubt, the best Pizza Hut location within the state of Indiana, if not the country the food is superb, the ambiance harkons back to a far kinder and more beautiful era. The classic deco featuring art neuveau carvings and stained glass is a bastion of beauty in a time where brutalism dominates. But above all else the service is fantastic. My family’s orders include dealing with allergies and an autistic teen. EVERY TIME WE COME WE ARE TREATED LIKE CELEBRITIES. Or like family. Huge shout out to Ashlynn who is the gold standard in front of the house service. Newcomer Addison is proving to have similar potential which speaks volumes of whomever is involved with their training. I know apps tell strange stories but I pray Corporate looks to this branch as the pinnacle of family style dining. In a world of cut corners and A.I. driven cold efficiency, this place stands as a reminder of the warmth of human connection. 5 Stars.

I ordered from here a couple of weeks ago. My order was on track and was going to be delivered in a timely manner. However, the delivery driver called me when he was leaving the store. He apologized for taking a little longer than he expected and said he was heading straight to me. It was unnecessary, but impressive. When he arrived, he was very respectful, personable, and professional. Pizza Hut food is what it is. Pretty good. However, this level of service and the people who go the extra mile like this are the things that make a business truly successful in my opinion. Thank you ZACH HOYT for the fantastic service!

the lady who served us, vacuumed. (it was savannah). this inspired me to go vacuum my house, but sadly my dog passed over the weekend so my vacuum was full of dog food because the dog EXPLODED. Soooooooo anywho the food was pretty fantabulous but now my tummy hurts cause i liked it too much!
