I had a fantastic experience at Pizza Hut South in Terre Haute. Crystal, the general manager, was absolutely amazing! She helped me place a large order for Grayless HVAC and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She was incredibly nice, polite, and professional the entire time.
The store itself was very clean and well-run, and you can tell Crystal takes pride in how it operates. Highly recommend this location—great service and great people!

It did take a second to get seated, but that is because they were very busy and only have one server one tables. The rest were on pizzas and pick-up/deliveries. Food was good as always! It was $16 for medium cheese pizza and Dr. Pepper.

Went in to eat dinner this evening, two other tables that already had their food were the only other occupants, took us 20 mins to get drinks, waited another 15 to get our order taken, waited an hour after that for 2 pizzas and gave up, paid for our drinks and left. The party of 8 that was coming in as we were leaving left because we told them about our wait. Terrible waitress, the place was filthy, salad bar was gross and everything wilted and brown. We have always came here but we will not be back. So disappointed.

Can’t use my T-Mobile Tuesdays coupon at any pizza hut restaurant in this city!!!! This really leaves a bad taste in my mouth, much like the only pizza i bought here in the past ten years, cheesy bites pizza was not very good and difficult to eat!!! Pizza Hut, stop pissing off your potential customers! Honor your coupons!!!! I’ll probably not order anything at pizza Hut within the next ten years. Pizza Hut deserves 0 stars!!! 🙁

The worst service I’ve ever received at a restaurant. I had to wait over 40 minutes AFTER my order was complete. I was in the drive through waiting while customer after customer came and left with their orders. I went inside and was met by rude worker who could not or would not understand what my complaint even was. The food was not fresh as a result and also poor quality.

Kinda hard to give an actual solid review of this place as it mainly is a a carry out place. I picked up 9 pizza’s for a family function. I like Pizza Hut as a pizza chain and it was all delicious! The staff here was not really impressive but they are the typical busy pizza joint on a Friday evening.

Im old school so I’m not impressed. Folks were nice but the place isn’t really designed and managed for even a good dining experience. More like a place to sit down and choke something down and get out. More like a concession then a restaurant.

The Absolute worst pan pizza crust I have ever had! Dried out and like eating a cracker with toppings. Had to call 5 times and they wanted ME to bring this garbage back. The manager decided to make the order “undeliverable”. Asked me if there was anything else she could do for me, yes, stop selling inedible food.

I love this location where get our pizza every time. It’s blocks from our home and it’s always ready when they say it will be. The pricing of the pizza that we get for $7 dollars if you get two or more is so awesome since we have a family of 4 and a single pizza won’t be enough. The staff always smile and make us feel welcomed. Out of all the food I have ordered Ithete I have had one single pizza that was made wrong. I brought it to their attention and it was instantly fixed with no hesitation. We will be customers for life!!
