We placed an order and unfortunately some items were missing, and the ones we did receive were incorrect. I understand that mistakes happen, and in this case the errors themselves weren’t a huge issue. The real concern is that I was unable to get in touch with the store to resolve the problem or request a refund for what I didn’t receive.
Just as Pizza Hut would ensure they don’t lose money unfairly, customers should also be able to trust that their money is valued and protected in the same way. Even if the dollar amount seems small, it’s the principle that matters. I truly hope more effort can be made to provide fair and reliable support when issues like this occur.

As of July 18 2025 you have customers waiting 1 hour or longer for food with 12 pizzas on the table done & ready. Also the staff is not answering any costumers doordashers will be getting a violation for the super long wait for one pizza if it helps i will make sure your store gets a secret shop all month to improve customer experience and store productivity

In the great heat wave of late June 25, this Pizza Hut lost its air conditioning, and these mad men were slinging pies in 110 degrees Fahrenheit temperature. It was so hot they had the door open to the place to let the cool, 95 degree, 100% humidity in and were running shifts with one employee hydrating and soaking themselves outside at a time. The Hut was not going to be out-pizza’ed that day.

Order #8106485 / Placed 11/26/2024 online / Arrived to location at 7:05 PM and there was 5 customers in lobby waiting for their order. Coworker working counter, wearing red hat and red shirt was struggling to get correct orders to customers. He gave two pizzas and order of bread sticks to a customer who left, only to return a moment or two later stating it was the wrong order. The coworker then told another customer it was their order and proceeded to give the returned/incorrect pizzas that had already left the building with another customer, to the customer who was waiting….. What kind of food safety situation is that? I waited another 10 minutes or so, at this time 8 people in the lobby all waiting for their order. At this point, 15 minutes in the lobby (never greeted by anyone working there) and seeing NO ONE was being given correct order, I proceeded to leave. This can all be verified by reviewing the security footage from 7:05 PM – 7:20 PM central time. It should be very easy to see the pizza order sent out, brought back, and given to another customer. I used the Pizza Hut Chat to make them aware of the situation but I feel the concern of food safety was downplayed. I also asked for DM call. Feel free to look through my other reviews, this review is factual and should be heavily reviewed by management/middle management over this location.

This location 601 E Boonville-New Harmony Rd, Evansville Indiana always goes above and beyond to get a special order made for my student. They are usually short staffed but when I call to confirm they receive mobile order and give verbal direction they get it perfect everytime.. If ever it isn’t correct for the student they remake the breadsticks..

Ordered with 1.5 hrs notice. We got a notification saying our order has been cancelled when it’s supposed to be delivered. Wife calls, she’s told “we ran out of dough, sorry, bye” and hangs up! Worst service ever, this is the second time we’ve been told this. I guess I should’ve learned the first time. I’d be embarrassed to own this location! I’d be even more embarrassed to be an employee here. I’d leave a zero star rating if I could.
