I wouldn’t know if the food tasted good, they put an enormous priority on mobile orders vs people in the store I told the gentleman that I’m in a bit of a rush and he said let me get these mobile orders and I’ll grab you after. I finally got helped after 27 minutes I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this location

My first time I walked to the store, the employees polite at first. I decided to go with the “Buffalo chicken sandwich” to dine in. Ones I got the sandwich I just unwrapped it & it was just horribly made!! Like literally there was no place for me to grab the sandwich it was all spilled out from the sandwich, very soggy.
So I approached back to the same guy that took my order, employee “ROB”.
& gently ask Him to please come over & look at the sandwich because it was just a disaster. So he came by looked at the sandwich and he raised his shoulders and shook his head and literally walked back over to the counter… like really!! Is that how you guys do Costomer service????
So I kindly sat there for about 10 minutes patiently waiting to see if he’s going to come and tell me what he’s going to do with the situation, so about ten minutes later I was really hungry I couldn’t sit there anymore I walked approached him and asked him what’s happening with my sandwich? & he starts yelling at me, “they are making you a new one”!!
Just a horrible store !

Absolutely love Jersey Mike’s this location specifically the one at 1197 Los Angeles Ave. I always do curbside service. Noel brings my order to the car. She’s very friendly always calls me by name and is an excellent employee. And my sub is perfectly made! There are 3 jersey mikes in Simi and this one is the furthest from my home but it’s definitely worth the drive!

This is my “go to” Jersey Mike’s. Their sandwiches are always fresh and robust. Usually, I pick up so don’t care about the atmosphere but it’s always clean and crowded at the variety of times I’m there. Everyone there is friendly and orders always ready at pick up time.

I’m a regular customer of Jersey Mikes and since I am new to the area thought I would go grab a sandwich here in Simi today. Everyone seemed nice and polite, and quick too!
My issue is that the woman who was at the check register wore the same gloves while preparing the sandwiches. Yuck! Why wear the gloves at all then?? I was so grossed out but I didn’t want to embarrass her by calling her out in front of the other customers. Since I like to support local businesses, I decided to take it and well, let’s just say, that was an expensive meal for my doggie!
If you care about hygiene at all, this is probably not the place for you. I surely will not be returning ever.

Owner needs to fire the woman manager she’s giving free food this is the second time I caught them ! She looks like shes also coming down from drugs or using! I was behind a gentleman that ordered a pepperoni giant & a small Italian he asked for extra meat & bacon they didn’t charge him for the extra meat & the bacon I asked them why but they acted like it didn’t happen! The total was was 26 something! When I asked her to show me how much it would cost for a giant with extra pepperoni & bacon it came out to like 26 bucks they obviously don’t care about the owner or the rules! I can’t imagine how much money the owner is losing. Also the workers are in on it too young blonde lady & the brunette cutting the meat. It’s not fair to give free food or extra for free everyone should be treated equally! Don’t get a soft spot for a family lol.

Of all the Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to, this location truly captures the spirit of an East Coast sandwich shop the staff & Mgr ensure everyone and everything is taken care of, and the one time my order didn’t turn out correctly they SPEEDILY saw to it that my order was fulfilled I just feel bad that they expected me to be more upset about it they’ve earned my business and then some
