Delivery is pricy but their drivers are usually good at finding out hard to see driveway. The big dinner box is great for movie night with the fam. The one rare time over many dozens of orders where something needed attention they immediately sent us out correct pie at no charge.

It’s an ok location(Boonville, IN) but where is the sauce? I order extra sauce and even called once but it seems as though there is very little to no sauce. I still order here but really wish there was a decent amount of sauce like in Newburgh or Evansville.

My pizza barely had anything on it. Some of the pieces didn’t even have one pepperoni! The cinnamon rolls were even worse. I guess they were freezer burnt and very old! They were $7!!

Zero stars is still too much, but you have to give at least 1 star. Horrible! How can you order carryout and yet your pizza is delivered to someone???? With no address to take it to. Genius for sure! The food is mediocre at best, but when you add having to wait after your was completed for it to be made again……. well that’s absurd. No money off, no sorry, just employees blaming each other. Little Ceasars would be better over this crap any day.

Me and my six year old daughter went here tonight. I don’t know what was on the TV in the waiting room but even if I didn’t have a child with me I would’ve been uncomfortable. The amount of cussing was a problem all in itself but the amount of sexual inappropriate comments was another problem entirely. I was extremely disappointed by this. I go here usually because it’s one of the better places as far as quality of food goes. But I honestly do not think I will be back here.
Update. Pizza Hut has reached out to me and resolved this issue. In addition, they were super pleasant and really took the time to hear my concerns.

My most recent visit was disappointing. The meat lovers pizza had NO Cheese on it. I live half way between this Pizza Hut and another. I ordered from this one because I had business in the area. I probably should start THROUGHLY checking my order at the register.

If I could give -100 stars I would. We ordered a large supreme pizza tonight. We got a medium Mushroom only pizza. We called the store and the employee Rusty was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude and would not even attempt to fix our issue. I’ve never had customer service so bad in my life. If you are in the Boonville area, I would take my business to Papa Johns, Pizza Chef or Una Pizza. Anywhere but Pizza Hut. I work hard for my money and the quality of food and treatment I received just insures that this place will never get my business again until these issues are resolved.

Food is delicious, service could definitely be improved. The counter area is in need of the attention. A little touch up paint would go along way. The lobby is very tight and can only accommodate around 5 people. Make sure your order is correct before leaving. Numerous times we haven’t been given everything and had to immediately tell someone.
