We order from here all the time. My little one would live off Pizza Hut if I would allow. This is a pretty good location. Most the staff are nice and the food is decent. I had a small issue recently. (First one ever after years) the manager was really nice and fixed the problem and made it right plus some. It’s the only Pizza Hut in town that we’ll buy from.

“”**UPDATED REVIEW**”” I JUST CALLED PIZZA HUT OR EXCUSE ME A GENTLEMAN NAMED MATT JUST CALLED ME IN RESPONSE TO A PHONE CALL I HAD PLACED THREE OR FOUR DAYS AGO IN REFERENCE TO MY REFUND. THE SUGGESTION WAS FROM THE OWNER AS STATED ON THE REVIEW RESPONSE. HE IMMEDIATELY STARTED TO RAISE HIS VOICE AND ARGUE FOR THE FACT THAT I HAD TOO MANY TOPPINGS ON MY PIZZA. THEREFORE MY PIZZA WOULDNT HAVE BEEN DONE ALL THE WAY. NO, I DAID I SEEN THE MAN BURN A PIZZA, THROW ONE IN THE TRASH CAN COME DIRECTLY OVER TO THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW AND TELL ME ITLL BE A FEW MINUTES ON YOUR PIZZA. THEN THEEMPLOYEE RAN BACK KNTO THE BACK. A FEW MONUTES LATER HE RETURNED WITH A BOX OF PIZZA. WHEN I GOT HOME THE LIZZA WAS NOT DONE. THE DOIGH WAS STILL DOUGH IN THE MIDDLE AND I DIDNT HAVE NEARLY THE TOPPINGS I HAD ORDERED. ” I had asked Matt if he wanted to go further before he tried to tell me that the reason my pizza was disgusting and undercooked was mine for ordering that many toppings on my pizza. He then said ok have a good day and just hung up the phone on me. I hope this place decides to get new management and employees. All the work they’re doing to this resteraunt means nothing if the employees are as discourteous as the three that i have encountered during this whole ordeal. I like pizza hut. I will NEVER spend my money here again. The owner can contact me regarding this gross display of customer service if they so choose. But I do plan to seek a resolution to this matter. If the management hadn’t have been so disgusting in how they spoke to me and handled this situation it would have been different. But plan to see the signs of how they mishandled this so horribly. Customer service here is nil

I ordered on the website and the price changed at the window. The guy working, the only guy working, was very rude and didn’t get the food cooked all the way. The pizza dough was disgusting. It was soggy in places and burnt in others. The cheese was barely melted in most places and when I called of course there was no answer. absolute disaster.

So happy to find a Pizza Hut that still has dine-in option. I absolutely love this Pizza Hut. Jeremy was awesome with customer service and making us feel welcomed. He did a great job at helping us find good menu items. Thanks so much Jeremy we will definitely be back because of you. Keep it up

Great place to dine in. The staff are always friendly. The manager listened to how we wanted our pizza done. Would highly recommend stopping in.

No sauce on 3 pizzas and the manager didn’t care offered no refund or way to correct it and was rude. She said they are only allowed to put a certain amount on each pizza you have to ask for extra..? Are you serious? See for yourself

We went to the Madiso. Pizza Hut for pick up ordered the 7.00 plus 1.00 for deep dish crust bought 2 pepperoni pizzas they were delicious. Going to be our new pizza place. Give it a try

The last 3 times we’ve ordered pizza and tipped for carry out, there’s been little to no pizza sauce. Only a wee bit of sauce near the crust. Will not be returning to this store in particular. Absolutely annoying. Also, not worth it to tip on carry-out either it seems. Used to get ensured good pizza but guess not anymore
