Ordered a pizza, half. Cheese half other toppings. And only one of the slices ended up being only cheese. This isnt the first time I’ve had this happen. The topping flavor is baked into the other pieces so picking them off isn’t the same as just cheese.

Hadn’t ordered here in a long time, and now I remember why! The guy working the register was friendly, and the order did manage to be somewhat correct — which was a HUGE issue a few years back, but we ordered two New Yorkers, and not only did the double pepperoni not have the crispy little pepperonis, but neither pizza was cut correctly at all. An elementary school student learning fractions has a better grasp on how this should’ve looked. Got our pizza fixed elsewhere — thank you to Shelbyville for doing a better job!

This is how we received our pizza. Called and told them and the “manager” was totally confused about what I was saying when I told her what was wrong. I had my husband talk to her too and she didn’t understand him either. She sounded like she was on something(which I mean to each their own), but when a customer calls and you spend most of the call repeating yourself you tend to get frustrated. Never ordering from there again

Bravo Pizza Hut Greensburg! I loved the thin n crispy pizzas back in the day when Pizza Hit was a full service restaurant in Greensburg. I took a chance and ordered Thin N Crispy Veggie Lovers (minus mushrooms) The pizza arrived quickly and hot and ready to eat! Just opening the box brought back memories of the pizza I loved! This pizza was perfectly made! A proportionate amount of veggies and sauce. The price of takeout pizza anymore is mind blowing. So, I was relieved that it was a great pizza to order tonight. Also, kudos to the Delivery driver for being friendly and getting my pizza delivered on time and hot!

Placed an order through the app. An hour passes so call to check if order went through on the app as I’ve had issues with it before and the answering associate hangs up on me before can get a word in. Walk in the store, the associate at counter looks at me then walks away without a word. Just pretends I’m not there. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Didn’t visit pizza hut, went to marathon gas station. They sit side by side, same building. I gave em 5 stars because as I was in marathon, I was hungry and could smell pizza hit next door, smelled DELICIOUS!!!

We live about 15 miles from the closest Hut (Greensburg, IN), so we do a lot of pick up orders when we know we’re going to be in town. We have never had to wait for our food, it’s always hot (when I get it) and smells so good that I have to confess that sometimes not all the pieces make it home. We pop it into the oven for a couple of minutes and it’s wonderful. My only gripe is not against this store – I wish that on the Detroit pizzas we could order half and half toppings. When I ordered ours online, the only option for multiple toppings was for the whole pizza. My husband and I have survived eating pizza together for many years only because we can get our halves the way we like them.

Used the app to schedule our food delivery, didn’t receive food until a full hour after scheduled time of delivery. Unacceptable!!! This was not during a “busy” time, it was a Monday afternoon between 3 and 4 pm. What’s the point of having a scheduled delivery time and delivery not occurring for an hour afterwards?
