Bravo Pizza Hut Greensburg! I loved the thin n crispy pizzas back in the day when Pizza Hit was a full service restaurant in Greensburg. I took a chance and ordered Thin N Crispy Veggie Lovers (minus mushrooms) The pizza arrived quickly and hot and ready to eat! Just opening the box brought back memories of the pizza I loved! This pizza was perfectly made! A proportionate amount of veggies and sauce. The price of takeout pizza anymore is mind blowing. So, I was relieved that it was a great pizza to order tonight. Also, kudos to the Delivery driver for being friendly and getting my pizza delivered on time and hot!

Ordered a pizza, half. Cheese half other toppings. And only one of the slices ended up being only cheese. This isnt the first time I’ve had this happen. The topping flavor is baked into the other pieces so picking them off isn’t the same as just cheese.

This is how we received our pizza. Called and told them and the “manager” was totally confused about what I was saying when I told her what was wrong. I had my husband talk to her too and she didn’t understand him either. She sounded like she was on something(which I mean to each their own), but when a customer calls and you spend most of the call repeating yourself you tend to get frustrated. Never ordering from there again

My order was 25 minutes later than anticipated pickup time. One of the pizzas was undercooked and doughy. Ordered breadsticks and they didn’t even realize they didn’t make them until I asked where they were so they start making them and leave the pizza on the counter getting cold instead of putting it in the warming box while I wait even longer. Ordered 3 cheese sauce and was given nasty burger sauce instead that was yellow so it looked like cheese sauce and didn’t realize until I was home. The floor and cleanliness was also poor the floor in the customer area was sticky from Somthing obviously being spilled and not cleaned up properly and grease all over the floor in the employee area. I didn’t expect anything great but after spending almost 50$ I definitely expect better than what I received

Read ALL comments before ordering from here. I ordered my pizza to be delivered did not realize it was through DoorDash. When I receive the pizza it was the wrong order and raw not to mention not cut. When I called to complain I got on with the corporate. Not the Pizza Hut in town, they do not take calls. When I did finally get a hold of the Pizza Hut in town, they told me the incorrect order was my fault, although I ordered with somebody on the phone. Now I have to drive across town to pick up the replacement pizza, because they screwed up.

The food tastes great but always a horrible experience as far as wait time, staff interactions and cleanliness. This last visit me and 5 other patrons waited at least 30 minutes each past our quoted wait time. We watched the staff walk around barely working, on their cell phones and touching dirty items and then food without washing their hands. Absolutely disgusting. This location needs all new staff, ownership and training.

Hadn’t ordered here in a long time, and now I remember why! The guy working the register was friendly, and the order did manage to be somewhat correct — which was a HUGE issue a few years back, but we ordered two New Yorkers, and not only did the double pepperoni not have the crispy little pepperonis, but neither pizza was cut correctly at all. An elementary school student learning fractions has a better grasp on how this should’ve looked. Got our pizza fixed elsewhere — thank you to Shelbyville for doing a better job!

Didn’t receive part of our delivery order, called the store to let them know, said their fryer was down that’s why we didn’t get it. I didn’t get a phone call to let me know, so basically they thought it was acceptable to take my money and knowingly not offer a replacement or refund. Before a resolution was reached, the manager told us he has too busy with four other orders and to call back later. Complete letdown.

I am very disappointed! I ordered 2 specialty pizzas! I specifically requested that they ringed the doorbell and hand them to me personally. I received a text that danica handed the pizzas to me. They used a door dash service and I never received them as she stated on text message. I tried several times to contact the pizza hut store in greensburg and I tried contacting them through their ordering hotline as well. I was never able to reach anyone. We finally found our pizzas at our next door neighbors porch. I took photos of the house number on the porch area where we found them. I am still unable to reach anyone with my grievance. I will never order from pizza hut again. Very disappointing.

Waited and waited for my delivery. Driver calls, can’t find my address and is in the wrong town! I am right by Harvest Market and the driver went to Clarksburg. Called and spoke to the manager, he doesn’t know how to give me a refund so he said he will remake the order and get it right out to me. Another hour later, the second driver calls and AGAIN can’t find my address. HE WAS IN CLARKSBURG AGAIN!!!!! I called the store again and told the manager that I wanted the money put back on my card and I wanted it done fast. Still not sure how to refund me so will have to call their boss. 3.5 hours after I ordered, I still have no food and no refund on my card. This place is a joke to the industry and should be shut down immediately.
