Ordered through Doordash. I know the usual delivery time is 1 hour, thats no issue. However, food quality is just not there. Ordered 2 tender meals which state they come with fries but we never received them. The tenders were okay. Pretty flavorless but at least warm. Also ordered Mac and cheese and baked beans. Both of which were cold. Had an order of cinnamon bites that didn’t come with icing as stated. Tried to give 1st and Tenders several tries in hopes of improvement, but every time something is either missing or food is delivered cold. Downfall of ordering through Doordash, there’s not much that can be done when you have issues with the order so you’re just out money spent on missing food and poor quality.

Ordered through Uber eats and was told my food would be delivered by 2:15. Finally arrived @ 3:30 chicken was burnt and dry fries were soggy and ranch had a sour milk flavor with chunks of. Very disappointed will not be eating here again.

Ordered BBQ chicken and ranch seasoned fries last night. The chicken was cooked very well and I could tell it was good quality quicken. The fries were solid as well. But all of it came with literally zero seasoning. The fries weren’t even salted. Not sure what the deal was but it was pretty disappointing. If food had been seasoned it would be an easy 5 stars.

Ordered off of door dash. They never updated status, I called them when they were late and was told they were just leaving with order. Called again 25 minutes later when still no food and was told driver left 5-10 minutes ago. Can’t cancel order and since they don’t update status, can’t even see where driver is at with food, or if they are even coming. Ordered at 9:50pm, been 90 minutes and still no food.
Update: food did finally arrive and was good, customer service with updating door dash or coming when they said they were was less than desirable. Chicken tenders were nice white meat, dipping sauces were very generous portions, and fries and cinnamon bites were also really good. Will update my rating as food was actually pretty good, but kept the rating lower for service failure.

The actual restaurant might be great. But don’t ever order off of doordash, you can’t get in touch. They won’t process your order fully so you won’t receive updates. The delivery person isn’t an actual doordasher so they don’t reach out through a secure number. Oh I also never received my food so I’m not even sure if their food is good, oh and because the order was never fully processed either I couldn’t get my money back so there’s $30 gone. Thanks a lot.

My chicken was flavorable, tender and crunchy. Twice cooked fries where awesome. I love crispy fries. The sauces where awesome, really enjoyed the fusion sauce. The ghost kitchen is located in Boss Pizza so it’s in a good location. I’d skip the sides as they are so small it’s not worth the money.

I ordered food at 11:18 pm knowing it would at least be an hour giving the ETA on DoorDash. I didn’t get it until a little after 1 am and after calling them to get an update on the order itself. The food itself was good but the delivery time ETA needs some work

We have had them several times. Our first order was the best, the tenders were moist and favorable. Each time they have become more dry. But hey do have great flavor.

Good food, but the order experience needed some help. Someone answered the phone and just said hello so I had to ask if I had the right place. Online order wouldn’t work. Told me the cinnamon bites were in the box and they weren’t so had to go back in and they said they gave me ranch and they didn’t and I was charged for it. At least the guy helping me was friendly.
