Not a lot to say about this visit. We usually take our pizza home and don’t think about going inside to eat. It was a nice change of pace though. It wasn’t very busy, so there was only a skeleton crew working. There isn’t any handicap parking on the south side and no ramp. I’m not sure about the parking on the north side. We had pasta dishes that were very good.

Ordered the New york big pizza. Was not cooked right, the pepperonies were curled overcooked dry. The sauce was awful. The pizza looked like it sat around and was reheated. The worst pizza i had in my life , wasnt a cheap pizza, 13.99. Will NEVER order from pizza hut again. Lady took my carry really want pepperoni, or just cheese that most people pick off the pepperoni what a weird question, now i know why they pick off the pepperoni. It was a nasty piece of junk pizza i ever had..i am new to Marion.

Ordered on line and was told 15 min took 1 1/2 hours. Sent someone to pick it up and I ended up going and it was that long. I tried calling 6 times no answer. Food was cold and nasty. They said it was a miscommunication even though someone was sitting in the waiting area. They were not busy. Very bad customer service.

This place is understaffed, everyone hangs out in the kitchen. The salad bar doesn’t have clean plates, people are bringing back their dirty plate. When I mentioned it to the cashier he shrugged his shoulders.

I placed a order with them on Feb 24,2023, I never reviewed it so I called u spoke to a management team member who was very rude. The manager told me that I should have answered my phone because the driver had gotten locked and they were closed now I asked for a refund he said he would put it on my card the next day I still have not received my refund so today I decided to try and get a replacement order because I still haven’t received my money back on my card. They told me they couldn’t do that. Then they went on to tell me about how long it had been since I placed the order, but it doesn’t matter because my money was never put back onto my car. I did tell them that I would be calling corporate, and that I would never get with them again.

Not only is it slow but the customer service sucks. Waited over an hour for a pizza had to talk to 3 people and explain every time why I was calling even though I was on the same call the whole time just to have them cancel the order that I didn’t receive. On top of it I had to go to the store for a refund on my card for an order that was placed at home. Had 5 employees standing and chit chatting while I waited another 10 minutes for anyone to tend to me as they were too busy watching karaoke.
