My family and I have been ordering from Ms. Amy since she was on Dominick St. Her food is beyond compare! I have tried other places when they were on vacation and such and unfortunately I end up sick. This has NEVER happened with the food from China Inn, if they are open and I have a craving for Chinese your bet your tush I am getting it from Ms. Amy at China Inn!!!

Having read the reviews I could not wait to try the food, I spoke to a women there explaining what I wanted. She started yelling at me telling me she would not do it go else where.
I told her I was ordering over 60 of food and needed it a certain way. I went some place else since she told me to and was raising her voice at me.

I called and placed an order . I ordered sesame chicken with lo mein and I also ordered beef and broccoli when I got home I realized they charged me for chicken and broccoli so I called them back up because I wanted the item because my mom doesn’t eat chicken. As soon as I walked in, the manager gave me an attitude telling me that her daughter speaks English so I’m the one that got it wrong. Which I know what I ordered so there’s no way I got it wrong. They are very rude at that place Then denied to deliver it to me when it was the mess up to begin with

I ordered a quart of shrimp and mixed vegys with brown sauce , not lobster sauce, like with beef and broccoli. It’s a sauce, not thin like broth. I had to request mixed Vegys, not just cabbage. When I received my order, it was thin, like soup broth and bland. I couldn’t stand eating only an inch or less down. When I called to complain the next day, the woman told me never to come back! I don’t intend to. I never do! This time, i ordered only because I was with a large group having lunch. Never again!!

I was surprised at all the bad reviews because we love China Inn. We’ve picked up Chinese there for years and my kids are always excited when they hear that’s what we are having. We order General Tsos and pork fried rice. My other half loves their eggs rolls.

Phenomenal Chinese cuisine!! The wait staff was very warm and inviting, and the owner stopped by our table to thank us for stopping in!! My entire family loved the food!! I got the General Tso’s chicken with pork fried rice and wonton soup!! Yummy!! Probably the best I’ve ever had!! I wish I could give TEN (10) STARS, because it was a great dining experience!! I promise I’ll be back!! A++++

I called to order food for my family the lady on the phone was so rude to me that I was just so offended, I’m new to Rome and was trying this restaurant for the first time and asked simply if she could cut up the boneless spear ribs. She seemed very angry and aggressive saying no that’s to much work then dismissed me when I asked why she was being so mean. I was just asking if she said no we don’t do that, I would have said ok no worries. But wow I was taken a back. She said very rudely do you still want it i said no im ok and simply canceled the order she said fine and hung up. Idk but I was offended. Very rude!! Won’t be ordering again!!

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would.The owner was COMPLETELY unprofessional, I had to cancel my pick up order due to a family emergency and she told me to never call her restaurant again, and to find somewhere else to order Chinese food from. She was nasty and aggressive. Plus their food isn’t that great. Go to china house or best food if your looking for good Chinese American cuisine, not this roach dump.
