Probably one of my favorite stores in FW! The store is always clean, service is always quick and I’ve never really had issues with my orders! I have found if something was forgotten (like a side sauce) or if they are running behind due to being busy, the managers always go above and beyond and offer something to sweeten the deal. The owner of this store is my favorite! Such a pleasant, sweet guy who goes above and beyond for his customers and employees! I’m always greeted with a smiling face and a warm welcome.

I’ll make sure to never order from this location again. Ordered door dash, wanted cheese sticks with cheese sauce. Only to find they didn’t put cheese dip as an option on door dash. Probably by mistake So I called and they said you gotta order it from door dash, so I repeated to them again it’s not on there as an option. Then asked for the manager and you could tell with her Tobe she wasn’t going to reverse anything. Why couldn’t persinon choose which sauce they want with breadsticks anyway? She could have thrown a cheese cup in there and took out the pizza sauce. It seems petty but I don’t like pizza sauce on cheese sticks. She said “if it’s on the ticket I’ll give it to you”. Obviously that’s impossible so she gonna make sure I’m deprived out of what I like there.

I don’t understand what is with this location pizza hut. I ordered a hand tossed crust and it’s nothing like it used to be or other locations. No seasoning, definitely not what it used to be and no flavor.. totally bland. They are skimpy on toppings and this isn’t the 1st time. Their melts, the new melts on menu, don’t bother. You’ll get a crust and minimal cheese and barely a topping inside. I wish, so wish Pizza Hut was as good as it used to be! Maybe they should take tips for “how to” from the Defiance Ohio Pizza Hut!

This used to be my go-to Pizza Hut because it’s a mile from my house. I’ve been ordering from this location for 15 years, and my oh my has it gone drastically downhill! The last probably dozen times or so that I’ve ordered, I’ve been soundly disappointed.
The usual problems are two-fold: one is that my crust is almost always undercooked which makes for a very unpleasant experience. No one wants partially uncooked dough! It’s not a good mouth feel! I also always, always, always order my pizza VERY EASY ON THE SAUCE, yet everytime I got at least the standard amount, if not more. I have multiple medical problems which are greatly exacerbated by acidity in pizza sauce, so when those instructions aren’t followed, it pretty much ruins the pizza.
The last 3 times I ordered I got pan pizzas and they were terrible! I believe the dough was bad or old or something because it had an odd smell, tasted rancid and didn’t rise properly. It was so thin the hand tossed crust would have been thicker! This happened three times in a row. Unacceptable! Is there no quality control there? How on earth did the person boxing up my pizza not realize that a pan pizza should not be so thin? I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager and she said they’d send a new pizza out right away, but the replacement pizza was exactly the same: flat, rancid tasting and smelled off. I give up! I’ll no longer be ordering from.this location.
