My lunch at Pizza Hut was unlike any of my previous visits over the years. As I arrived around noon, I noticed only three cars in the parking lot. Upon entering, I was greeted by a pleasant and efficient waitress who made a good first impression.
I opted for the salad bar and a small personal pan pizza. However, when my pizza arrived, it wasn’t very hot, but I decided not to mention it. The atmosphere took a turn when I noticed an older man wandering around; he observed me closely but didn’t engage in any conversation or action. Meanwhile, a younger gentleman was busy working in the kitchen, and when he glanced over at me, he too turned away without coming to the counter or addressing my need for assistance.
After some time, when I was ready to pay, I approached the register. The older man gave me a lingering stare before turning away, only to look back at me again as he walked off completely. I waited for my waitress for several minutes, but she was nowhere to be found.
Feeling disappointed with the lack of service and communication, I left my cash and a tip on the counter and walked out the door, reflecting on how this experience fell short of my expectations

I had a fantastic meal at this cozy pizza spot. The crust was perfectly crisp and chewy, the sauce rich and flavorful, and the toppings fresh. The friendly staff made the experience even better. Highly recommended for a delicious pizza fix! The salad was delicious. Very good options

I had the pleasure of getting Erica as my server! I came late to my 3 top and she still took the time to reintroduce herself and ask if I wanted anything besides water. Mind you it was a busy Friday night they sat a twelve top right next to our booth. She was kind made sure I knew about my options- as it had been forever since I’ve been to a Pizza Hut. I could have sworn I was in some high end place by her service excellence. I wish I could give more than 5 stars truly. Ask for her section it won’t disappoint!!

Moved to Fort Wayne from Chicago and we don’t have pizza huts like this! The atmosphere was awesome vintage lights, the table clothes and booths! The wood details of the restaurant are beautiful! The restaurant still has a salad bars. Our waitress Lindsey was awesome and is a very nice person. If I could give 100 stars I would! Food was awesome as well. Thanks for the experience!

I usually go to the Pizza Hut buffet that is offered at this location. It is only on Fridays. I really wish it was opened more than that because it gets pretty packed! They have a good selection of pizzas to choose from at the buffet. You can easily create your own pizza tower. It’s good to go there to try new things out. It is perfect for those with kids who want different pizzas. They bring out pizzas just about every 1-2 minutes it seemed like. The waitress was very nice and kept coming over to pick up our plates and to fill up our cups. The pizza was fresh and warm every time I went up and they always brought out my favorites! I really like how they bring out thin pizza in different varieties. The restaurant is very clean as well. I would recommend going to the buffet!
Ordered the Gluten Free pizza for takeout, it was very delicious and it didn’t make me sick! I would recommend it to those who need it. It wasn’t dry like most GF pizzas, I just wish they had bigger options. A small was too small for me.

Another delicious meal at Pizza Hut on Coventry Lane, Fort Wayne Indiana! Pizza was excellent as always. The stand out though at this particular restaurant was the Excellent service we received from Erica! Each time Erica has been our waitress she has provided service far above and beyond what was expected. She has always been very pleasant and engaging. Erica is a sharp young lady who will be a success in whatever endeavor she takes on in life! It’s wonderful to see a young person with such a positive outlook on life, who also has the confidence to be who she is no matter the situation. Thanks Erica! You’re an extremely special young lady!

My 4 year old and I have lunch here every Friday (often times I will stop through the week for a salad). We have never had a major complaint, and the waitress that always takes care of us is absolutely incredible. She deserves praise for how awesome she is. She is attentive, communicative, nice, polite, and cares about your experience. She makes for easy conversations, and always makes my 4 year old feel included and important. Lindsie (apologize if spelling is wrong) is her name, go see her!
