Not sure who the manager is but he definitely needs to learn how to deal with the public. Every Sunday we have a group of between 6-14 people who go there for lunch. the waitress that is normally there expects us and told to us to go directly to the back room. this had been going on for years.
today that waitress was sick and the manager was working the floor. well apparently he didn’t like the fact that the group went to the back room without “checking in” first and then being directed there.
The group apologized but the manager would not let it go. Throughout the whole meal he kept berating the group and made the meal such an unpleasant experience that some got up and left and those that very stayed were so upset and shaking by the time they left.
LaGrange Pizza Hut has just lost a faithful group of customers.

This is the second time in 2 weeks we have ordered and asked for extra sauce, and as you can see there is no extra sauce. You can barely see it and you can’t taste it. I called and talked to the manager and she told me that when you ask for extra sauce they just put a little bit more not much more on based on what corporate wants. I’m asking and paying for my pizza and I’m asking for extra sauce and she is telling me there’s no way for me to get it. She literally told me that when someone asked for extra sauce they don’t know that that means they want more than what they already give. This makes no sense to me. So it’s apparent to me that we can’t do business with them anymore because when you ask for extra of something you don’t get it and that makes no sense to me.

Went for food last night, I can’t eat their food without cheese sauce. I paid for 4 cheese sauces (WHICH ISN’T CHEAP BTW), only got 2, and they were gross and clumpy… I asked the lady for my other two cheese sauces and she seemed like it was an inconvenience and like they were in a rush… we were the only ones there

They have honestly pretty good pizza but tonight I was having a bad day and the one honest to god thing on my pizza I was looking forward to was the pineapple I got everything but that and before I realized it was to late to say anything I’m pissed and prolly won’t get any thing in return for it

0/10 stars, will not be returning. Their salad bar is so basic, not even worth it. They don’t have salad bar ranch, only prepackaged ranch, so if you enjoying eating ranch with your pizza you’re going to be disappointed. This Pizza Hut lacks some of the things other pizza huts have, and honestly am surprised it’s still in buisness. Will be going to Sturgis to get Pizza Hut.

We did a to go order and pick up in drive thru order. The pizza could’ve cooked a few minutes longer, lack flavor and toppings. The garlic cheese bread and bread sticks were good

The manager is super customer focused. He and the staff took excellent care of us and the other customers. The restaurant was very well kept and clean. The food was fresh and tasty. We had driven by the business traveling between Sturgis, MI, and Fort Wayne, IN, for years and decided to give it a try. We were always intrigued by the patronage of the Amish. The attached photo shows the horse and buggies park at the establishment.

Plz explain to server Collette, that she should never put her hand on the rim of a customers cup/glass. She is in such a hurry to get you out of the restaurant. My order was not how I requested it. But I was hungry and ate it anyways. The bill was not corrected. Did not offer/bring bev refills in a timely manner. Explain that before she starts taking away plates cup etc, she should ask “may I remove this… ” . Her tip reflected it
