THE WORST experience at any Panera. Charges $12.99 for a Chicken Teriyaki & Broccoli bowl and came with a pathetic portion of *maybe* one fifth an acceptable amount. Maybe a 1.5 cups of food – nothing close to a meal. Any other food option surrounding this business I would encourage over Panera. 0/5 stars.

My senior mother ordered a sandwich and 2 bottles of water. Never was given the water at the register, so when she asked for the bottles at the pick up area, the woman argued with my Mum and even went so far as to cast her eyes to her bag to suggest she may be hiding them. Then upon receiving the sandwich, it was simply ham, cheese and mustard… no arugula or lettuce to be found. When she complained they said that she would have been told they were out…. which she wasn’t. Worst part… it was the manager she dealt with!

This is a pic of the Green Goddess salad that we picked up today. After I ate the toppings all the greens are cheap iceberg lettuce. There is no nutritional value in this lettuce and the menu describes this salad as having a mix of romaine, baby kale, red leaf lettuce and arugula. I am tired of Panera cutting corners like this. What a waste of $13.
