To the guy that work night shift on Sunday12/6 i place an online order and one of my items was replace for a pizza. Thank you. The pizza’s the pasta was amazing but you or whoever on that night shift prepared my spicy garlic boneless, thanks for not being cheap with the sauce. I loved them. But most of all I loved the fact the you turn a bad situation with my food into a good one, by replacing it with something else. Thats what you call good service.

Very very poor service! Highly do NOT recommend this Pizza Hut, ordered my online order at 5:15. It was wrong order when it got delivered took them 2 hours 40 mins for a replacement. Still was nasty and raw I got the order at 9:30 called manager and they don’t answer me anymore. Very very bad service!

Ordered online and took an hour and a half to deliver from 10 minutes away. Pizza was cold. Called and was replaced in 20 minutes but not the best experience. Also $3 delivery charge is crazy.

It looks like this location is temporarily closed and rightfully so. They tried…but they were very overwhelmed and I think it was the fault of management. I walked in one day because they kept putting me on hold for 15 minutes at a time…and when I walked in there were about 20 ppl waiting. I was angry, but I had empathy because they couldn’t handle it and I’m assuming some workers called off….I patiently waited because I had 5 boys that were hungry….to my surprise when everyone left the MANAGER came out from the back!!!! This entire time the team was overwhelmed and the manager did nothing. Hopefully they’ll get it together and do better when they reopen….if they reopen. I ended up getting my order for free….2.5 hours after my original order. They tried, so I was grateful.

I called the store after placing my order for my business because I noticed that my business name wasn’t on the receipt and wanted to make sure the delivery driver could find us easily. When the phone was answered, I didn’t receive a “Hello” or “Thanks for calling” but instead the employee was yelling about how she was the only one working and that I needed to place my order online. When I confirmed that I had and I just wanted to clarify my place of business, she insisted that she couldn’t change anything and continued to be rude even though I wasn’t trying to change anything on my order. I ended the call and she immediately called me back. I handed the phone to my manager to answer. The employee continued to yell and be rude to my manager and then proceeded to hang up on my manager when my manager tried to explain why I had even called to begin with. She then hung up on my manager twice more when we called to just cancel the order. We heard other employees talking to her about orders so she was not alone. My manager and I were the only ones running our business so I understand how frustrating it can be to be alone however you never yell or be rude to your customers. I have never been treated so poorly and our business will not be ordering Pizza Hut again anytime in the future.

Do not order from here. Terrible service a d you can not actually get ahold of the store. Ordered a pizza and it took 3 hours to get it delivered then they offered me a free pop if I pay for my pizza that has been sitting for over an hour. Worst pizza ever By the time I got it its cold and tastes like cardboard. Feel like I was ripped off.

I placed a pickup order for 7:00 on the website. Someone from this location called me and said that they close at 7, the doors will be locked, they will not give me my pizza at 7, and that I will have to come earlier. I let her know that I will be there at 6:55 because this is the earliest I can be there, and she said “You can try” and hung up the phone on me. A few minutes later I called back to the store, and let her know that I can be there by 6:45 to get my order, 15 minutes before they close. She said that she had already canceled my order, without informing me, started to berate me on the phone, and then hung up when I asked for her name. I called back the location and someone else answered and said that the employee’s name was Chyna. I used Hut Rewards on this order for a free breadstick, but I am unable to get those returned and call a different location tonight. Overall one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any restaurant. I will never support this location again.

Horrible customer service! I placed a call to inquire about when my order would arrive and was yelled at and hung up on! My food arrived 2.5hrs later. It was cold, pizza had no cheese on it and barely any sauce. The crust was soggy and was as thin as a tortilla (I ordered stuffed crust). The pasta had no flavor and the cheese was burnt. The breadsticks weren’t even cut apart and I doubt that anyone even cooked them. I see a lot of reviews that look like they received the same treatment as I did. Guess I shod have read the reviews…… SAVE YOUR $$ AND ORDER FROM PAPA JOHN’S!!

Updated—-This Pizza Hut location seems to have turned things around. We did not order from them for over a year because of past problems. However, lately they’ve been getting our orders to us fast and hot. Some slight issues with orders–the reason for 4 stars. The delivery drivers have been awesome! Keep up the good work!

I would give it zero stars if I could. Ordered and paid online. Pizza still hasn’t showed up, and we ordered it to be delivered an hour ago. I keep calling but they keep hanging up the phone, leaving it on hold, or leaving it off the hook. The app has said it’s “out for delivery” for 55 minutes thus far and pizza hut is 1 mile away. According to the other reviews, sounds like if it comes, I will be getting cold pizza. Unacceptable and we contacted corporate and will be getting a refund. Don’t online order here.

Edit: pizza finally arrived, 1.5 hours after scheduled time. It was tepid, as expected. Super fun to feed your kids dinner at 10:30 pm. I never did get through to cancel my pizza. The one time I reached a human, she was rude and put me on an unending hold when I asked to check on my order.
