I love deep dish for the thick, crisp, sharp edges left by the pan. Every deep dish I’ve ordered from here is clearly not backed in the proper pan. Its under cooked and the crust is always spread out/thin and only baked just enough that the dough isn’t raw, not the thick and caramelized crust I pay extra for.
I literally order 24 hrs in advance because the crust is only correct after it’s been reheated in the oven (it’s essentially delivered half baked).
I’ve even ordered the “big dinner boxes” specifically for the square, deep dish crust, just to receive round pizzas and bags of bread sticks (exactly as if they don’t actually have the correct pans for the order I paid for).
Smiley is amazing! Always happy to tip extra when he’s my driver!

The breadsticks were practically burnt, they smelled burnt too. A lady team member complained that the pizza burned and she had to remake it because we ordered it without cheese. So sorry that a family members allergy is an inconvenience to you! And the sauce included with the breadsticks looks SO watered down, and had no taste so I’m assuming they are diluting it! Inedible!

This is a situation where the people make this Pizza Hut the best. At this little place, you have two of the best, being the manager Tammy and the greatest delivery driver of all time Robert aka Smiley. The pizza is always good, hot, and fresh. Food wise, this is a 5* Pizza hut. The manager is one of the most real people around chances are if there is a mistake made, she will make it right. She is a great manager, but she is also a person, not some sort of corporatemanagerbot.exe. She is funny and not afraid to just be real with people. Robert, the delivery has been working there probably for over 30 years. He is always smiling and is likely the single most loved person in all of Tipton. We love this man so much our town banned together and bought him a new car! Better money spent than any of our tax dollars. Not very often people WANT to spend money, but this man is the exception. Whether you see him at work or out and about, he is always just as friendly. There isn’t anyone in Tipton who doesn’t wish they could enjoy life as much as this legend of pizza delivery! I have never gotten pizza late when Robert is on the job. He deserves to be the most loved person in Tipton and is! I can think of no higher praise as meeting Robert is like meeting the very peak of human happiness. It’s a bit dark, but 80 or so years when this man passes, his funeral procession will be longer than the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade!

I’ve placed 3 phone orders here, only once was my order actually received and prepared. The calls get routed to a call center, and something goes haywire. 2 of the 3 orders I have place never showed up in the system and were never sent to the location.

The stuffed crust there is amazing The employees at the Sycamore location in Kokomo and the Tipton location are exceptional. Very friendly and the only pizza Huts I will go to. I drive out of my way to go to these locations. Well worth the drive.

I called to place an order, not only could I not understand the lady on the phone, the lady didn’t even put in my order. When I went to pick it up they were clueless and rude. Acting as if it was my fault that they messed up. I wouldn’t eat here unless you want to go through trouble and high prices.

Place an order by calling them. Repeated my order 3 times then was told to hold on a second then repeated again. Didnt ask for a phone number like they used to when I worked there but asked for a first and last name. Spelled my name out of habit, go to pick up my order and im standing in there looking like an idiot cause its not under the correct name even tho I spelled it for the girl, which she has a headphone in her ear so i understand why she wasnt paying attention. Got home and the marinana sauce that’s supposed to come with the bread sticks is not there. Honestly this place is goin down hill and bout to lose some customers. Its just unacceptable

Pizza not warm and fresh, no warmth of box. Deliveries take to long from bake time to delivery.. Ingredients are good accept ham is cubed like salad ham not sliced thin like pepperoni, so hard when baked and sparse covering pizza. Pasta is good usually warm when arrived. I call them to remember beverages with each online order so they remember diet type and to not forget with order.
