During my approximately two-week tenure as a side cook at Panda Express, I found the working atmosphere to be rather disappointing. I often found myself required to manage tasks that should have been handled by a two-person team. While comparing the Panda Express locations in Weatherford and Mineral Wells, it is evident that the former is well-managed, with both a dishwasher and a side cook. On the other hand, the Mineral Wells store seems to be inadequately managed, as front counter staff frequently engage in casual conversations with the manager and indulge in phone usage. This lack of professionalism was especially concerning during my probation period. Additionally, there were instances where we encountered spoiled or outdated food, which further contributed to the less than satisfactory experience.

Went for lunch and had to wait to be served until the people working were done with their story telling between themselves. Then the food was dry and tasteless. Not what I expected from Panda express. The one in Weatherford is so much better!!!

Maybe change you’re online times if you’re not actually open on the weekends at 10-10:30pm like it says went through the drive through yesterday Friday and they informed me at 9:20pm that they were closed and they close at 9:30pm but the website said 10pm on Fridays and 10:30pm on saturdays…. Either the staff decided they were done working for the night or your hours are wrong…

Went through drive through and asked for green bean and chicken. They told us they were out and it would be a 10 min wait for them to cook up more. I asked for the mushroom and chicken instead and they said they had enough to for my large entree order. When I got home and checked however, my box was 2/3 full at best. I had to drive back and ask them to top it off. They didn’t offer anything to compensate me.

3rd visit in a row and still no mushroom chicken. If you don’t have it, take it off the menu! I purchased nothing and most likely will not be back. 3rd time is a charm.

Sign says they open at 10:30… drive thru still closed 20 minutes later, and they saw me at the front door (locked) and didn’t bother to let me know anything? I’m sitting in my car but I guess I’m about to leave. Oh well, all the review say not to eat at mineral wells location.

I love this place. Food is not traditional Chinese cuisine. They are really working hard to become a regular go-to place. They have a friendly staff and food is good. I hope it works out here.
