We love the Lebanon Pizza Hut! The dining room is clean and comfortable. Su is our all time favorite wait staff, always so pleasant and friendly. The pizza was hot and fresh, and the salad bar was clean and fully stocked! Never disappoints!

I went through the drive thru. I didn’t know it was just for pick up. But, the blonde hair female took my order. I just wanted breadsticks and a salad. She charged me $20 for the two. I thought that was overly priced for just an order of breadsticks and a salad. She gave me a generic receipt. It didn’t show the detailed prices for the 2 items. She was acting kind of strange. I’m waiting and this nice young man came to the window and asked my name. I told him and what I ordered. He said ok. Walked away. A little while later a young nice female came and asked the same thing. I told her and she walked away. Later the long blonde hair female came back and asked my name. I thought it was strange. I told her my name and I said remember I ordered the breadsticks and salad?? She said oh and turned to a female and asked her if it was done. The female said, I don’t know! My order hadn’t even been started on. I asked for my money back and the long blonde hair female was livid and RUDE!! She act like she was high on something. I’ve NEVER had someone from a place of business be so loud and rude to me like she was! Snatch the receipt from my hand and rudely hand a refund receipt back to me! I will drive 20 miles out of the way before I ever eat at this location. She is the WORST customer service employee!!

Sue at Lebanon Pizza Hut is amazing. She treats everyone like family. One of our favorite restaurants to eat at because of her and the food is always good. This has got to be the best Pizza Hut in North America.

The old pizza Huts pan pizza had thick crust and crispy along the edges…its not that way now also I dont like how the veggies are big slivers instead of chopped up like it used to be…they changed the chips that go onto the taco pizza to generic doritos the other(tostitos type) chips were much better..

The last two visits have been the absolute worst. This location has gone downhill. The most recent visit was on Wednesday evening for the buffet. Several empty dirty tables available to sit the full entryway of people. Only one person was seen on the floor for at least 25 minutes and then out of no where someone came to begin sitting people. Salad bar was empty of items, lack of pizzas on the bar as well as pastas or breadsticks. Paid for a meal that I didn’t even get
