This location is close to my house so I stop here whenever Im in a rush or out for lunch. Today i stopped by to get two of the SW salads. I was very disappointed by the quality i received. There was very little chicken in the salad the lettuce had that orange rust color it usually gets when it is not fresh. I didn’t expect that Chick-fil-A. You have a good name but it only takes one person who doesn’t care to ruin it.

Every single time I go to this location the order is messed up. Either totally missing items, items made incorrectly, given diet coke instead of regular, etc. This time was no different. Gave me grilled nuggets instead of mac n cheese. Tried to call 7 times to get a manager with using extension 704. The line puts you on hold then automatically hangs up. What stellar customer service, not. Won’t be back to this location. It was idiotic of me to assume that going back after several mishaps that this time would be different. Read the other reviews with the exact same issue. This place consistently takes people’s money and then does not give what you pay for. Save your blood pressure and go somewhere else.

Awesome service. Compassionate. First time eating at Chick-fil-A meal. I had an amazing Hot Chick-fil-A sandwich meal. I’m so honored to have met such gracious folks on the night of my visit. Blessed and forever grateful.

The only downside to this location is how curbside orders are consistently deprioritized in favor of the drive-thru. Today, I placed an order ahead of time and selected curbside pickup. I checked in at space 16 and received a notification saying my order would be brought out within 5–10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, I received another alert asking if I had received my order. I selected “no” and waited an additional 5 minutes before deciding to go inside. As soon as I walked in, I immediately saw my order sitting on the counter.
I let the employee know that I had been waiting curbside the entire time. This is now the third time this has happened at this location. I understand the importance of keeping drive-thru times efficient, but curbside customers should not be overlooked. All patrons deserve the same level of service.

Got two number ones today and these are some of the cold old waffle fries I was given today at 10:30 am and I am definitely sure it was deliberately because I complained about bad service by an older white or Hispanic woman who works the counter that happened to be there today when I got my order today

I’ve been putting this off for a long time because I’ve been reluctant to be a “Karen” but this is by far the WORST Chic fil a I’ve ever been to. Simply put I think it’s an issue with poor management. My order gets messed up probably 80% of the time and I’m always ok with small mistakes but this is WAYY too consistent. That’s not my worst complaint! I started to bring up my issues with my orders a few months ago because it was beginning to happen one after the other, so therefore I was simply trying to ask the manager for a free chic fil a sandwich card since I’ve had to wait extra long every time I come here. Off rip I could tell that this particular “manager” did not want to help me and she declined my request. This “managers” name was Francine and the amount of attitude this lady had was astounding. I mean it’s something I’d expect at a McDonalds not a Chic fil a. I even confronted Francine a little while after the incident to tell her I didn’t like her attitude and she stated in these exact words “it is what it is”. Every other Chic fil a I have EVER been to would ALWAYS give me a free sandwich card ANY time I had to wait extra time. Not this place! This is a McDonalds quality Chic fil a! The management at this chic fil a is an embarrassment and seriously needs to improve. I’d recommend getting rid of Francine. She gives off more so McDonalds or Taco Bell vibes.

Not a fan of this location. The line and service is always slow. So many people working there but only a couple of people that actually want to work. I was there at 1028am for a breakfast sandwich while pregnant (IYKYK pregnancy cravings) but of course, the line takes forever so no one came up to me till 1035am because they only have one person working and a few others outside just having a conversation about other stuff.. they said they are not able to accommodate a breakfast biscuit which is ridiculous.. Spoke to the manager and he didn’t care as well.. Beyond disappointed and this isn’t the first time being disappointed in this location but the first time I’ve wrote about it. This will be my last time at this location and based on the other reviews, it seems like a lot of people are upset on how downhill this place has gone..

I had a very disappointing experience Wednesday evening at the Chick-fil-A on 441 in Coconut Creek.
My party of five ordered dinner for here, but when we went to sit down, every table in the dining room was filthy. None had been wiped down, and I ended up cleaning two tables myself just so we could sit and eat.
While we were eating, around 8:50 PM, an employee went table to table telling customers that the dining room closes at 9:00 PM and instructing everyone to gather their trash and leave as quickly as possible. At exactly 9:01 PM, the dining room lights were shut off while customers were still seated.
I understand closing the dining room at 9 PM, but rushing paying customers out—especially after serving them dinner to eat inside—is unacceptable. The drive-thru remains open until 10 PM, yet those of us dining in were treated like an inconvenience rather than guests.
This experience was the opposite of the customer service Chick-fil-A is known for, and it has seriously made me reconsider returning to this location

Ridiculously long wait in the drive-thru. I was stuck there for 20 minutes and couldn’t even get out because the space is so tight. Chick-fil-A is always busy, but I’ve never had to sit in a drive-thru this long before.
What made it worse was seeing employees standing around inside, and hearing one crew member loudly complaining and swearing about being assigned to take drive-thru orders. My 12-year-old heard it and asked why she was cursing.
Really disappointing experience.
