Worst service I received so far. The app says “ready in 15 minutes.” I ordered here, because I was about that far away, and wanted to get something quick to bring home. I ordered a pepperoni Big New Yorker.
First, I put my order in at 4:41 pm. It said it wouldn’t be ready until 5:01. I thought, ok close enough. I pull up, tell him my name, and he gives me the receipt to sign. Then he tells me my order isn’t ready, and loop back to the end of the line. Three people in front of me. Then, I get up there, and he says it’s still not ready, and give it five more minutes.
By the time I got my pizza, it was 5:23! Almost triple the time quoted. I would think with that kind of wait they would have offered a coupon for free breadsticks next time, or a free drink, or something! I didn’t even receive an apology for the wait.

Wendy drove in bad road conditions to bring our pizza hot and fresh. Debbie-thank you for letting me speak to a human. The kitchen-you ROCKED OUR SOCKS OFF!! Absolutely-hands down-6 thumbs up freaking delicious. Thank you all for making a great pizza Saturday!!

Literally HORRIBLE ORDER FROM ANY OTHER PIZZA HUT !! First they delivered my pizza and wings to my neighbor then told me that they can’t take the pizza back from my neighbor so they can’t do anything about it (since I already paid online) so I contacted corporate and got a replacement order . It was this same Pizza Hut that I had to get delivery from again and they send me UNCOOKED PIZZA & c half frozen wings with no sauce . I will never ever order here again I shouldn’t the first time when they got rude when I asked for a REFUND because of their error. The manager mary was the one responsible for all of these mistakes

I tried the melt today, it wasn’t great; crust was too crispy for me, it was like eating a cracker; and the filling was lacking flavor. That’s ok though, overall this is a great store with good food and great staff 🙂

This is by far my favorite Pizza Hut in Anderson! The food is always on time and super fresh. They’ve never gotten my order wrong before either and the store is always clean and presentable. The staff are always very courteous and greet you when you walk in.

Ordered pizza and was told it would take 40 minutes. I sat in the front room waiting at 30 minutes and waited another 30 when I had my mom call asking where it was.
The delivery driver said she knocked, but no one answered. She decided to leave the pizza on the ground rather than call us. So for 30 minutes the pizza was sitting on the ground, outside. I find it and its covered in ants.
We call to replace it and they say we have to give them the first pizza to make sure we didn’t eat it and were lying. They are free to have the ant covered pizza if they wanted, but the second delivery person decided to not take it for obvious reasons.
Oh, and the replacement left out part of our order.
Don’t get pizza here. The 53rd St. Pizza Hut is way better and more professional.

The staff at this establishment are ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. They put extra emphasis on CUSTOMER SERVICE & CARE.
The buffet & food in general is very good. Restaurant is clean/well kept & friendly atmosphere.

I ordered a 2 topping personal pan pizza and added extra pepperoni as my second topping. The pizza literally had 8 slices of pepperoni on it.
