Foot per usual was overcooked including the “Boneless” wings my husband broke a tooth on.
Thanks for the quick pick up time other than that I definitely don’t recommend. Usually everything is undercooked but tonight we received rocks instead of chicken.

Tried to order the new Detroit style pizza through their website but they said it was out of stock? I called and they said the specific sauce was out. They gladly put regular sauce on instead and I was appreciative. I also ordered a gluten free crusted pizza for my celiac girlfriend and asked for it not to be cut since they use the same pizza cutter on non gluten free pizzas. When the pizza arrived it was cut, I called and they promptly refunded me for the GF pizza.
Not happy about my gf being unhappy and hungry but at least they made it right and the Detroit style pizza was good even without the regular sauce.

I ordered pizza i brought it home it was dry barley and sauce and could tell it had been sitting there for sometime so brought it back the time i spent going back to get something to eat was upsetting and they knew the pizza had been sitting and dried out because it wasn’t fit to eat . I will not be going back .

I’m not sure how my order tastes but I know that’s it’s probably not hot. It sat outside my home for close to 30mims. First time not hearing them knock. There’s 3 other people in the home yet no one heard a knock or doorbell. I don’t know why that would be but very disappointed considering that I tipped like I always do.

Normally we have a good experience, not so much tonight. We ordered for pick up. We got home and started to eat and the pizza was dry! There was barely any sauce on the pizza. Same thing with the personal pizza we ordered. I called and waited for 8 min for someone to answer. Someone finally picked up the phone and then hung up, didn’t say anything just hung the phone up. So I called back and finally got through after 10 min.

Check your order before you leave the store. I ordered pick up online and when I got home I was missing a whole pizza out of the box. I called the store and told them what happened. The lady on the phone rudely asked if I wanted them to remake it I asked if I could get a credit instead. She asked me for my name and number and I gave it to her then she said “whatever you want to do I’ll go ahead and have this up here for you if you want to come and get it or whatever.” Before I had the chance to ask her if it was a credit or if they were remaking my order she just hung up on me. Didn’t say bye didn’t say sorry nothing was extremely rude.
