I’ve been a delivery driver for over a decade. Within the last couple months they switched to all deliveries are done by paid employees. The last two deliveries have been colder than a DoorDash driver which is the platform I order from. Respect the customer. Just use a hot delivery bag. It’s not that hard

I try really hard to love this place, it’s one of the few places open late (early) enough for night shift workers to get food after work. My fiance and I order from this location probably once every 1-2 weeks and have for quite some time. If it isn’t a calzone or something in a similar box, good luck trying to receive it. We’re probably about a 10-20% success rate actually receiving an extra side of sour cream. Or probably 50% actually getting a side of cookie dough. They usually don’t make mistakes with the actual calzones, but I don’t know why it’s so disorganized but it’s really frustrating. I understand things get missed in food service sometimes and as someone that does also work in food service I would not be going out of my way to post a review like this if it only happened a few times. I do genuinely enjoy the food and I do enjoy being able to order so late. It’s just frustrating.

We have spent over 600 Dollars at this restaurant in the last month, we order basically the same thing everytime and it’s always light cheese, as of last night we again ordered our food with light cheese and what we received is in the pictures attached to this review, they argued with us and told that it was light cheese and we asked if we brought the items back into the store if they could remake it, they said no and that we would need to speak to the manager the next day and immediately Hung up on us. My fiancé called back to get the managers name so that we could speak to him the next day and was hung up on twice by the same employee (a man named Izzy) who is exceptionally rude. We called and spoke to the manager and were told that they will no longer be correcting the food when we call in about it and they will no longer allow us to order our food with “weird requests”. We only order the food with light cheese and no pepperoni and were told that it’s weird requests (and were complained at several times because of our continuous “weird requests and changes) The interactions with this business and their employees were beyond sub par, the reason we had spent over 600 Dollars there so far was because we enjoyed the food, however, considering the atrocious and rude customer service that they have consistently displayed each time we have ordered food from them, no matter how good the food was the customer service has been bad enough that we will NOT be returning again. Great food is always awesome but not when you are treated terribly and coldly and are made to feel unwelcome at a business of any kind. If you feel unwelcome and are treated terribly it entirely ruins the experience. I am saying all of this as an individual who has over 17 years of kitchen experience and more than 17 years of customer service experience, including being a supervisor and an assistant manager at several food establishments. As a previous manager, I would never, ever have allowed this behavior and horrible level of customer service under any circumstances!! Horrible horrible service!!!

Kids split the Cheeze Zone and Chicken ParmaZone. I loved the Spinner Zone so much last time I got it again. Chose the Combat Zone for my husband cuz he loves anything “Italian”.
Everything was ready at exactly my pick up time. Super yummy, super cheesy, held up well on our long drive across town. Marinara on the side for dipping is great, the little one would have drank it if I’d let him. Kids and I got 2 meals out of it, my husband scarfed his down in one sitting!

Went here for the first time because my sister recommended it and was NOT impressed. The touchscreen to order needed cleaned and was very slow. Me and my family were confused because one of the calzones had certain toppings called “Twilight (something)”, but no where on the menu or screen did it explain what it was. We asked a lady at the counter and told us in a very rude way that it was just the toppings that came with it. Again, NOWHERE did it explain. Never coming here again.

Anytime I order the pepperoni calzone, or anything else, it’s amazing. I have ordered it at all times of the night and it’s amazing. The DoorDash service is great. Great ingredients. Great stop!!

Ordered my food online beforehand at 9:40 pm. Arrived at 10pm (supposed to be ready 10:05) I paid. The employee told me it’ll be a little bit for my order to be ready. I sat and waited an entire hour (11pm) until I got up and asked because 9 orders after me got their food. Finally gave up and handed my receipt to the manager and was told “they don’t call out pick up orders” from the manager. The two employees that rang me up an whole hour ago just kept walking by me while my food was ready the whole time? How was I supposed to know you don’t call out pickup orders? Nobody checks on orders for people that have placed and paid for orders? I don’t know how they have so many employees and can’t call out a number. If you have a pickup order throw the receipt in the face of the chefs because you will never get your food otherwise. Just go somewhere else

Ordered delivery, used the grand slam coupon and got to try a little of everything (all that food for $33 + a 2 liter & roni rolls). Food came 15 minutes early, delivery guy was pleasant and everything is delicious. I was expecting them to separate themselves from other calzone places and they didn’t disappoint. Great first impression. Keep up the good work!
