They sent me a ridiculously burnt pizza and then after 2 hours the replacement pizza arrived and not only was it a different and cheaper pizza than what I ordered, it wasn’t even cooked all the way. Some of the dough raw and I had to put it in my oven to finish baking it. Then when I tried to eat it the cheese was layered in salt. $30 to not eat any pizza

Horrible. Made my pizza wrong and asked me to come up to get the money it’s 10 pm I’m from out of town at a hotel and have small children. I payed with a card. When I tried calling back to say I will get the money tomorrow so I can get my kids to bed they kept hanging up on me. Here’s my breadsticks too. Insane

I ordered 2 pizzas and chicken wings. Everything was hot and fresh . The reason for the 2 is one pizza the Hawaiian one literally had no sauce on it. It was dry and seemed made in a rush. It was more like eating pizza on a cracker. So that’s a no go . The other pizza and wings were fine.

Final Time I order from Pizza Hut. Three attempts, three failed results. Bravo, Hut. The manager gave me a story about how he couldn’t issue refunds until the store closed. His actual words. He wanted to classify it as “undeliverable”, despite the fact it was delivered and I then drove it back. My guess is he probably didn’t want a refund to appear on his daily balance sheet, because gee, that might look bad.

Last week I ordered from this store. Not only did my pizzas show up incredibly late, they had zero sauce and one was flipped in half like a taco. I called to complain. The manager told me that he could not refund even if I returned the items, so he apologized and gave me store credit. Now it is the next week and I called to use my store credit. Upon my call the employee said that I had no credit and transferred me to another store. The next person on the phone said that my credit $33.00 was attached to my phone number and transferred me back to this store (my delivery store). When the employee of the store picked up, she was very rude and using profane language to express that I have no credit and to quote “stop bothering them”. Then she hung up. I called again. A manager agreed that I have my credit but then hung up on me. This cycle continued for 30min while no one could agree about if my credits existed. It seems this store likes to give fictitious credits instead of owning up to their mistakes. Honestly the pizza is subpar and not worth all of this effort. All I want is my money back, as I do not wish to promote a business such as this.
