I placed my order on 12/6 at 7:14 pm. On the app, I was told my ETA would be 8:08 pm, which is fine. My order didn’t start getting “prepared” until 8:30 ish. I called the store at 8:30 to ask for an update and I was on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. My pizza didn’t arrive until 8:52, almost 2 hours after placing my order. I understand it can get busy, but I did not receive any updates about my order, nor was I physically able to reach out to the store to see what was going on. I wouldn’t have minded so much if someone would have reached out to be w/ an update. It seems like there’s a serious management/staffing issue at this location.

When I received my order, my food arrived cold upon delivery. Also, when I received my root beer I noticed it was expired. It makes me question the expiration dates on their other products and ingredients they use. I’ve tried reaching out to Pizza Hut’s support team to request a refund, but I have not been able to get in touch with anyone via email either, it’s very disappointing.

This rating is dependent upon which Pizza Hut visited I did two yesterday. I first went to the one inside the Northtown Center which look like it was ready for a gang war I had to leave my order there because even though it was supposed to be ready it was still 25 minutes out from being ready. I replaced my order at the Pizza Hut on Harshman Road. By the time I got from the Pizza Hut in the North End to the one on Harshman Road my order was ready and it was correct. The young man at the counter was very helpful. Just stay away from the Pizza Hut inside the Northtown center located on Main Street in Dayton

I ordered one cheese and one sausage both had sausage and were made terribly and extremely dry my food was cold even tho I had to wait on my order if I wasn’t already far away i would’ve took a the nasty stuff back workers looked like they ain’t even know what they was doing nothing was done right

Listen to the reviews – this place sucks. Waited OVER two hours for two pizzas with breadsticks and some wings. Food was nowhere near satisfactory to justify the wait time. Just get Domino’s.

First clue was an open business with plywood covering the window, but things happen.

The pizza had more sauce than cheese. I strongly recommend visiting another Pizza Hut because today isn’t a good day for this store’s quality of food or outer structural appearance.

Ordered ahead, was told it’d be ready at 6:48p. I did not receive my food until 7:20. Several others waited roughly that long, too. Similar wait time when I last ordered here several months ago, so this is a persistent issue. There were maybe two people working both times. The owner’s rich, yet they refuse to get more workers or keep them there.

Ordered take out dessert from here, was texted it was ready and got to store wasn’t even started. Waited over 30 minutes and there were 4 others doing the same. Terrible service and not even close to enough employees for the weekend. Will never order from here again. It’s embarrassing

They sent me a ridiculously burnt pizza and then after 2 hours the replacement pizza arrived and not only was it a different and cheaper pizza than what I ordered, it wasn’t even cooked all the way. Some of the dough raw and I had to put it in my oven to finish baking it. Then when I tried to eat it the cheese was layered in salt. $30 to not eat any pizza

I’ve been here twice it’s nasty every time. Got pizza and cinnamon bread sticks and both were STALE. Isn’t the dough and bread supposed to be fresh? I was wondering why the food was done so quick. The pizza looked like it was already made, and they added the toppings I wanted, added more cheese, heated it up, and served it to me. The food was hard to chew. Also, the icing I got for the cinnamon bread sticks was BROWN, with some clear chunks in it. This is the second time I’ve came here, and this is the second time it happened. I know people are like, “why would you go after the 1st time?” Because sometimes it was just that one worker who messed up your food. Now I know it’s going to be like that every time.

Horrible. Made my pizza wrong and asked me to come up to get the money it’s 10 pm I’m from out of town at a hotel and have small children. I payed with a card. When I tried calling back to say I will get the money tomorrow so I can get my kids to bed they kept hanging up on me. Here’s my breadsticks too. Insane
