Ordered a dozen pizzas for a birthday party. I’m personally not a fan of Pizza Hut but it was for a bunch of teenagers and that is what they wanted. They all seem to enjoy the pizzas. The customer service was great. They even helped me to my car with all of my items.

Delivered someone else food and receipt. Rejected. Called and spoke to someone who was very uncaring and would have to wait over an hour for it to be remade. Simple courtesy or attention to completely miss someone’s order only to brush me away was very disrespectful and I will not be dining here again.

I have ordered through Pizza Hut for YEARS and always loved their wings. After screwing up my almost $70 order with lousy sauced wings and dry breadsticks, forgot our pop, I called to complain because when you spend that much you want good food, which we still ate some because we were starving. They agreed to re make the order and re send it out, my youngest 5 year old son was the only one who ate wings from the new order and the next morning was throwing up for two hours.. I do believe our food was intentionally messed with and I am very pi**ed off!!! I won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut anymore and this order will be disputed!

We ordered 3 of their pizza melts for delivery for my family. After an hour had passed, I called them. I was told they had us as a pickup. They said they would deliver them. When they came, the melts were burnt, over cooked. Hard as rocks. And they still charged over 25.00 for them.

I’ve eaten pizza and wings at nearly every single pizza joint in town. I used to think that Marco’s had the best wings in town. Nope. This Pizza Hut absolutely has the best chicken wings I’ve had to date from any pizza place in Troy. Crispy and real chicken. None of that processed stuff. Their garlic parmesan, boneless or traditional, is certainly the way to go. No matter your choice, you won’t be disappointed!

You have to try the boneless wings, they surprised me, I wasn’t expecting them to be good, but really good! Our delivery driver was here within 35 min, and super nice. Ordered 4 big boxes (2 med pizzas, bread sticks, and wings. Door dash to deliver. We had a big party going on and I trusted Pizza Hut to get this right for us. They didn’t give the wings to the dasher. Had to leave my party to go get the wings anyway. Could have saved $60 and just picked this order up myself. Not the fault of Door dash. Pizza Hut failed to hand over the entire order. Done with Pizza Hut!
