We ordered pizza for a company appreciation event from Pizza Hut in Springboro. We could not have been more pleased! I worked with the manager, Sara, who is amazing. We had to change our order a couple of times and she handled it like a charm. Our pizzas were recieved hot out of the oven – exactly as ordered. They were delicious!

As I was waiting for a late order. Constant cursing amd discussion of their boyfriends was all I heard. WILL NEVER GO TO AGAIN AND HAVE SHARED MY EXPERIENCE WITH MANY OTHERS SO THEY DON’T HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS PATHETIC “SERVICE”.” With so many area options and their quarterly sales constantly dropping, I see why they dont have much longer anyway.

Everything was good except for the parking lot. I backed into an end spot. I always back in everywhere I go. The lot had a high curd on the passenger side of my car. Where I should have just possibly scratched my tires, the very edge ripped my lower trim and bent metal, because I WASNT aware it was that much higher than all the others curbs. It looks like I am not the only one. Property owner of strip mall should have this taken down.

It’s not the Pizza Hut it used to be. Small, crowded and impersonal. The staff is friendly and got a great deal but the food is cooked in a conveyor oven now; like most Pizza places anymore and does not taste the same.

Guy at the call center said no deals with pizza and wings: none at all, which is totally implausible. But I ordered a pizza and wings for $29. There’s a huge sign on the door when I picked up the food: 2 pizzas, wings, and breadsticks for $25. They were completely powerless to help me in the store. Apparently “we weren’t answering the phone because we’re busy” and the call center orders are etched in stone forever. But they offered to sell me breadsticks for ANOTHER $5 on top of the $5 they already ripped me off. What a scam. Staff were very nice though.
