The food was really Fresh, you do have to take it home and Bake the food yourself but I kind of like the idea of cooking our own pizza. The guy behind the cash register was kind of rude. He said “How do you not know you bake everything yourself” WELL buddy, I guess I don’t know because it was my first experience and you being rude kind of ruined it. Other than that the food was amazing and I really enjoy having a restaurant near by that makes the food fresh.

Really good pizza . We have been 4 times in 1 1/2 weeks. The one closed where we used to go and we assumed they all closed. Happened to see a commercial and we were thrilled to find another. We get the think crust pepperoni black olives mushrooms green onions and green peppers. It is wonderful! Staffer are friendly too.

Terrible idea for a “restaurant “
Online its advertised as if you order baked, hot food to take home to eat. Not take hoke to put in the oven. Idk it’s just my own opinion, but I hated it. Wasn’t worth theoney, time or effort. Awful experience.

We are hooked on PM’s. We tried it in Mpls while on vacation several years ago and were thrilled when we moved to Knoxville and found the one in Fountain City. We glamorize the Cowboy a bit and think it is the best pizza we have ever had. The service at that location is customer friendly and geared. We visit at least 2-3 times a month.

I ordered a Papa’s Favorite pizza as you can see on the receipt, but received a cheese pizza. I called the store and the guy who answered told me he has no idea how that could have happened. I asked to speak to a manager but he told me there is no manager there and that he’s the only one working. I asked if he messed up my order and he told me no that he wasn’t there by himself all day so I asked him if he was there by himself at 6:15 when I placed the order and he said yes, so I asked if he remembers giving me a cheese pizza and he said no. no accountability.

I normally go to the one in Seymour. This is the first time I went to Papa Murphy’s on Broadway. I was disappointed with the pizza normally it’s juicy and great. I have no complaints. However, this time I don’t know what it was I can’t put my finger on it if it wasn’t enough cheese it wasn’t enough sauce. I don’t know, but I was highly disappointed in the quality of pizza I received.

Our Papa Murphy’s in Germantown had closed so haven’t eaten there in a while. Was in Phoenix at my cousins and had it and was reminded why my wife and I enjoyed it so much. Have several here in Knoxville and got one the other night. Absolutely the best meat lovers pizza I have ever had. My wife did have vegetarian and thoroughly enjoyed that as well. We will absolutely be back!!
